the location and the facilities. Excelent location, very close to nice beach, close to airport. the fact that some towels did not smell good and that the staff did not want to change them unless we paid 20 euros per towel!. No cleaning servise during 6 days of stay. Problem with English , some staff members do not speak English only French.
