Nothing i did not like... How do i start with..to start off with I was very happy when i saw that the rates for an all inclusive package(including selected alcoholic n non-alcholoic) were the same as a B&B package. I thought what a great deal..and i booked all inclusive..once i reached t resort i had a nasty surprise when the resort said it is a B&B and not all inclusive..i was shocked and distraught as i thought otherwise and the credibility of letsbookhotel.com was seriously affected.
all reviews » Friendlly staff, cozy welcoming, rapid chick in/out and delicious food. Our sun rise villa was amazing in all things ( design, ambiance, facilities, praivcy). The resort not that big but we like same to take ease round about it. You must try the private fishing with Mr. Amir and then dont miss the fantastic private romantic live grill by the superb Serilankian chief. Also Our battler Mr. Reji he was wounderfull, representable, very active, met all our excpectations, he knows very well all thing. Rooms are very clean very big and comfy it has own stairs you can easily swim from your water bungalow. Island is very close to the airport (15 min by speedboat) One person 110 $ if you compare with seaplane it is really very cheap. Staff is very polite Food are delicious You have free water free tea and free coffee in your room They are cleaning your room twice a day. It is All inclusive resort. And I think it is better to go all inclusive otherwise meals are really very expensive.. Excellent Staff Superb Food Luxurious The Water villas is an amazing experience Snorkeling and diving instructors are very good Sting Rays and various fishes swimming just outside the villa Every single person was sincere in showing us a good time, and ensuring us every comfort possible. I am so satisfied with their service. They are all friendly. My butler is so nice, I miss him so much. The guy works in the jewelry store is quite nice toooooooo. Everything is perfect ! Love it!. The staff were super helpful and friendly.Our waiter and the life guard especially - nothing was too much trouble. The food was tasty,plentiful and lots of choice. The water bungalow was superb. Nothing at all as all things outstanding. Internet is very slow And you have it only in your room not in public areas. You can not drink every part of the island. You must go to the main bar if you drink free of charge. Our flight was at night. We checked out 12 am and we paid our lunch. It was really very expensive 2 hamburgers and 2 beer 85 $ !!. Its very expensive (As compared to other countries and tourist locations) but if you can afford it, then this IS the place to be The gentleman at the airport counter (who would direct is to the boat shuttle) was very rude. All inclusive to me means exactly that - all food and drink is included in the price paid. That is NOT the case here. I would have thought for nearly $1000 per day, the bar could have given my husband a packet of nuts !!!!! Be aware not all outlets are part of "all inclusive". Additional activities way overpriced. none. Check out is at 12 I asked then for a fare away villa and I end up with 3 nighboor. over priced and the trip to city was one of the worst as they sent us in a bad rainy day. most of people were vomiting in the boat due to the sea high waves. the city it self is not recomended. tv channels list. its only beach no other activity in the hotel. went to a sup-marine trip, it was nothing to see although its 170$ for a person. The food quality can be improved and there is little variety and only one restaurant to eat. The cost is too expensive. In particular, the price for transfer is unreasonably high although all transfers from Airport to island resorts are similarly unreasonably high. The trip, only regret is that there is no Chinese food. Service was lacking. very small island, few activities, food is expensive,. But the shower water is not clean, sometimes yellow color, can not for drink. The island is too small, walk around only 5min. The food is so so, and the serives is not good. Snokling not good because of the sea wave is strong and all colar almost death, few fish. This hotel is well past its prime, noisy AC units in the room, noisy wood floor, non existant evening entertainment, tiny beach, and one afternoon the water supply was completely cutoff for the whole resort. Decent place with very bad management serivice. It is definitively not a 4 star hotel it claims to be. It should have been rated at about 3 reall. Food is decent, but the service and value for money is awful. We’ve be told that "the hotel view is that they do not expect guess to revisit, so they don’t care whether you are happy or not they got money!!!”.
