amazing3 staffs. very friendly n helpful. we got to enjoy penang as the locals since the staff suggested interesting places to go. the facilities were well maintained n the hotel is very beautiful. our 2 nights stayed was pleasent. greetings everytime we walked by makes us feel welcomed n cozy.everything was money worth :) we were relaxed n had memories to bring back home. One of the best hotels i've stayed in malaysia the restaurant is amazing and the view is sensational.
