I love the fact that the check-in was really fast despite the fact that when I came to check-in, they had 2 busses with loads of people coming in to check-in their groups as well. I used letsbookhotel.com and just showed them the notification and walla.... u got your keys.... the breakfast quality were really good as well. it wasn't a wide array but, it was enough and I loveeee sitting outside at the patio while having breakfast. I was with my 5 yrs old son and my 70 yrs old mum. Really really .
all reviews » Everything was perfect, we book deluxe room, and request higher floor for good mountain view. Very much satisfied. An plus point for breakfast, food is super nice, from omelette, nasi lemak,sambal, salad,& many more,all tasty. 'Keep it up Chef" we love it. will come again to heritage. *Hotel room is clean & spacious. *Hotel is quite, peaceful with beautiful landscape. *Hotel staff is helpful n friendly *Special thanks to Mr KC Yow, Yafet, Harris n Shamala n the entire service team for their excellence services rendered during my stay. The room was big & clean, got bathtub & balcony with very nice view. the staff are very friendly & check in process was very fast. the breakfast has lot of choices & the food quite ok. we arrived late at the hotel. fortunate enough that the friendly staff upgrade our superior room (1 queen/ 2 single bed) to deluxe (2 queen size bed). yayyy! oh yes. we love the views too~. Nice location and nice environment..very suitable for honeymoon and family trips..only the problem is about the bathroom facilities...there is no water pipe for the toilet bowl.. I have been staying at Heritage years back, I love Cameron Highlands of its weather, people are friendly.my family really loves this place and they love to stay at Heritage. Location near Tanah rata town, easy access to interest places like Mardi, Boh tea plantation others. Foods okay not really as 4 stars hotel, clean hotel, nice scenery. Its a nice relax hotel parking is good, receptionest professional, breakfast very nice and verity of food items, I recommend this Hotel to every body :). Breakfast is excellent View from room and dining room is amazing Location is near many shops bus station and starbucks. view, free breakfast, cozy room, good price.. +good service, i.e. even sending in iron to the room when requested.. It is quite near to the shops and restaurants, convenient for meals etc. Breakfast served is quite good too. the room is spacious, the facilities are ok, got playroom for kids, the food was good and got plenty of it. The best place for a honeymoon with beatiful scenery and the brightest staff service. Environment is quiet. Facilities in the room is good and satisfy our requirement. Location, historical design, breakfast selection was good but some food was cold. a clean, comfortable hotel, good location, walking distance to town centre. We like the hotel very much. I booked 2 rooms, check-in 3:30 p.m the room still not ready yet and have to wait ard 30 minutes. Need to change carpet Need to be repainted and refurnished. no wi.fi in the room. the staff esp receptionist have no manners, the bath tab was not cleaned, the toilet bowl dirty. need to improve the equipment room rather long and rather boring tv show. I did request for a king size bed because I have 2 young children to go along. However, only queen size bed is provided. There is space of improvement on the choice of the buffet breakfast. No air conditoning or fan. In one of our rooms hair dryer was faulty. facility is a little bit old. Breakfast, there is way to improve for on this portion. Restaurant staff rather unproffesionel serving the maindish before appetizer finished, despite being told before that at least 10 minutes should pass. Ordered one kind of sauce for the steak to be seved at the side. Got the other sauce and poured over the steak. Vegetables and corn mentioned on the menu to be served with the steak, but not available. However as a curtisy steak was the free of charge which in the end made it almost acceptable. Nothing significant. No wifi in rooms. Also location not good and view not that much. %perfect..thnks haritage. i booked 2 rooms with same price but the room that we get in the old wing is a bit small, preferred to stay in a new wing. Public spaces were stuffy and smokey. We were directed to use the Emergency Elevator which is a bit odd. The food was okay.... rooms are a bit old fashion. Toilet door lock is out of order. No ashtray in room. Wifi excess is bad. Too many people at the breakfast place that the staff cannot cope up with replenishing of food. Hotwater in the room too long to wait to get hot. Hotel furnitures.. too old.. None. room no wifi. noise from neigbouring apartments. Tv channels. the services of the restaurant during morning breakfast is very poor. please be well-prepared such get more staffs to serve the custmers and prepare more food when there is peak season such christmas. I hope to see the improvement for next stay during peak season. Old design hotel but just ok.. Provide dedicated Wi-Fi for each room for guest purposes. Bed sheet was not clean when i checked in i asked to replace, yet they tried three bed sheets till they find clean one!. I requested for staying 1 night more, which unfortunately the person in charge tried to increase the rate compared with the first night. This is very rare in 4 Star Hotels and is unethical.
