I had transfered my stay at Shah Alam Seksyen 13 instead of Glenmarie. The swop was handled professionally. The environment there was good. The hotel staffs were friendly. Food stalls are very close. Overall, I must say its very convenient.

The pillow, I didn't expect it to be so flat.
Constant smoking in the corridors by the hotel staff ,the smell was horrible....Broken down bathroom which was not repaired despite several complaints.
Toilet is not clean..Aircondition is not functioning, like air blower only.Remote control not function..

Not very clean.
The room was too small. The toilet cannot be flushed & the staff refused to provide plastic pail. After having my breakfast @ nearby coffee shop one morning I was locked outside from 6.30 - 7.00 bcoz the staff was still sleeping on the floor. Luckily someone chekedout.
