Free shuttle service excellent. staff wonderful. very helpful with advice, getting taxis, photocopying, internet access - in fact anything we asked for they assisted us with. The staff were the best. It is near to both KLIA and LCCT. The transport service provided to and from the airport was very useful for us and the cost was reasonable. The room is clean and big enough for us. The staff are friendly.

Nice, clean place to stay to catch early flight. The hotel staff helped us to book the shuttle to LCCT and the shuttle is on time. We like this hotel. Clean,good air con,clean sheets big tv, nice juices avalaible downstairs, provided a helpful shuttle to airport and only charged by the room. It's great for someone transit within KLIA (KL Int'l Airport) and LCCT (AirAsia). Hotel can arrange for transportation with fair price. Location close to KLIA excellent free shuttle both ways. Staff politely good. It's close to the airport and they run a shuttle bus to/ from there for 30 ringgit per room, which is comparable to the taxi we took when we arrived. The shuttle only goes at certain times of the day so depending on your departure time, you might want to ask the hotel to book a taxi instead. The staff were very helpful. Staff were excellent. Good localization - close to the airport - taxi from Air Asia terminal costs around 50. Shuttle bus from the hotel for around 35 - every hour. Staff friendly and helpfull. Nice hotel for transit passengers for klia and lcct, shuttle bus service works awesome. But mind that the pick up point is on ground floor, not the arrival floor. Information was lacking tho, we had to find out ourself. The only thing I like was it was close to the Internally Airport. And the staff where very nice... Very close to the Airport but in isolated area, no decent restaurant in the vicinity. curtains in rooms need replacing. The pillow is a bit hard. No hot water n coffee making facilities. 1. No study table 2. No cupboard 3. No hotwater. The nearest train station is Salak Tinggi, however there are no taxis at that station. So if you're planning on coming from the city, get the train/ bus to the airport and then get a taxi/ shuttle to the hotel from there. Definitely would not pick this hotel as a holiday hotel. We were there less than 12hrs and that was enough. It is a stop over hotel and nothing more. It is out of the way and just small dorm like rooms. But as a stopover hotel it is perfect. It is comfortable and clean and that's all you need. no floormate,no small chair,no water boiler (it hard for us to make breakfst o teatime)..no emgcy o numbr referance if u need it.. the shuttle bus from the airport goes every hour and it's not possible to start at i.e. 7:30. Nothing around the hotel, so take food with you. No internet connection in rooms. The hotel itself is fine, but the surrounding of the hotel is eerie ( more so at night) as the shoplot behind it is unoccupied and seems abandoned. Nothing.. Great value 4 money. Surrounding But hotel it self it is fine. the shuttle bus service is a bit expensive, we thought it would only be 5 rm per person as someone mentioned here but it was 30 rg per way so 60 return which is half of the room cost. The location did not suit us for a 3 day stay - there was nothing in the area for tourists. Not quite as close as I expected. We also didn't choose our departure time so although our flight was at 8.30am, we had to leave the hotel at 6am to fit other passengers' schedules. - The cafe is closed in the hotel on Sunday. - The equipment in the bath room is uncompleted. not easy to find but maybe due to my poor gps. the location was too dark, and difficult to find. Staff were lax and didn't provide the wake up call requested. Furthermore didn't really seem bothered when asked about it! They could certainly be a lot better. The web site claimed it was 5 minutes from KL airport, it was more like 20/30 minutes away depending on traffic. shuttle bus to hotel from airport did dot turn up.after two and a half hours wait got local bus to hotel. No extra pillows when we asked for additional pillows. To expensive with rm210, with small tv, broken aircond, and the water at toilet is dirty. Not many choices of snacks for the late or midnight arrivals, no room service to order food. Only local TV channels. Area poor. Sheet clean but grubby. Breakfast not included although it deceptive on Internet details. No towels in room and no mention of it on Internet. Room was a bit small and dindgy. Restaurant served only Malaysian food. Out of the way from the airport but transport was good. Only one restaurant available and it only serves local cuisine. There is only one restaurant in walking distance (not sure how good the food is, we didn't eat there). There is a 7-11 and KFC a short taxi ride away. No English-language TV channels. Some reviews said, airport pickup is free. But the hotel charged me both ways. Airport drop is very rigid. You have to follow hotel common bus timings. Rooms & beds are very small. No cupboard in room. Away from town centre which hits mobility. breakfast had no choice for vegetarians, only bread. No one cleaned our room for all four days... Even when we asked for it. I did not like that there were no shops near by. And the rooms are very small. The request for pick up service was not met until after 2 SMS and finally call to the hotel and caused us to await for pick up for more than 45 mins.
