The resort is stunning and the staff were helpful and friendly. Kids had activities that they could do to keep entertained which they enjoyed very much. Eg: Bikes, bouncy castle at pool, small water slide, Batik painting etc. Very relaxing. I liked everything, however the effort of the staff to make your stay as pleasant as possible is of an outstanding level.The location is fantastic, the staff brilliant, and food and service very good. The spa and facilities very satisfactory.

Everything, that's helpful, isn't it? Everything is perfect, you don't need to change a thing. You have achieved. friendly staff. The service was really friendly. The restaurants had a good range of dishes. The facilities were reasonable and the room was spacious and well - kept. The area was really nice.Beautiful hotel and location, staff V.friendly. the hotel, the two swimming pools, the 4 restaurants, the trees, flowers, coconut trees....everything was perfect. Ah, u can't lost the barbecue dinner. I liked the resort but nothing special. Maybe close to the small town. No need to take a taxi to have dinner. I like the facilities especially the park, pets, location and the beach. Also the food was nice.Comfortable room with Malay style. Huge bath room, appreciated! Big balcony, breakfast very good. The garden, the swimming pools, the fact the hotel is very near a shopping area with restaurants, travel agencies , internet, car rental, taxi, ... so your not obliged to use the Hotel services that are over priced compare to what you can get outside. Location was good and design and layout good. the bildings style. Good facilties. hotel location was good from the beach and hotel place was quiet. Bed and shower in the room were ok. mini golf very tired - in need of updating.The tennis courts and mini-golf will need some improvement - they look old and unattractive. Also, the entertainment in the lounge - it was the same band playing six nights - they played different songs, but the music was basically the same. I think a wider range of entertainment is important - especially when there are children staying at the hotel. Check in was an issue - we arrived at 1pm and although check in wassupposed to be 2pm, we didnt get into our room until 3pm / / also therestaurant was pricey and the service in it was V.poor. the area. The service quality is not like the Thai ones. If you are used to have the Thai hospitality and the excellence of service , you musn't expect the same or more.Lots of insects !!. Big confusion on payment. The full amount deduced from credit card two days after the booking through booking.com. At check in, the hotel staff told me they will charge me again at check out, after two days back and force with booking.com and hotel, it finally sorted out. Mini golf field because it's not in a good condition. I think they should have DVD player inside Guest room because the TV channels provided may not be of interest for some Guest. There was 1 day when I when for Sauna with Mum at about 6.05pm. The room was not prepared (not warm) at all. I was wearing a towel walking here and there in the Leisure Room looking for a Staff to help me on this. Only at about 6.45pm than I found staff to help me to switch on the power of the heater in the Sauna room. . The food was not so good as for a 5 star hotel. In booking.com it says free wireless internet at some places. There is no free wireless internet at hotel wide. you should pay for internet access.really not a 5 stars hotel, leisure equipments are very poor and old, room can be very noisy due to the wood building if your bed is along the wall with a room on the next side you will share all the talks and snoring of your neighbours (its better to request a room in the corner of the chalets). facilities in some cases were very out of date and poor. Occasional service problems.yes there front office they charged me twice in my credit card. staff dealing was not good and room was not clean due of existing strange insects .Room was not clean and had lizards. Facilities for watersports very old, noisy and stinky. Advice from recreation desk was not good. The hotel need some renovation. The rooms are dusty and the floor carpetis also durty. Watersports are also very old. If you are looking foranimation, belive me, this is not the right place.

This idyllic heaven of old charms is located on one of the finest beaches in Langkawi and is set in 30 acres of lush, tropical greenery. It is traditionally inspired and architecturally designed like a Malaysian village or kampung concept that dates back hundred of years. The intricately carved wooden chalets are made from timber.
