The location which is near to Mahkota Mall, MenaraTaming Sari and Dataran Pahlawan. The apartment itself, two bedrooms and living room layout with minimal kitchen facilities. Of course the staff - Shila and Shukri whom was friendly and helpful. We had an spacious appartment with two bedrooms. Everything was clean. The location is perfect. On 2 minute walk from a mall and 10 minutes from china town. There is an excellent swimmingpool and gym.

With the friendly customer service and the great help from the staff, we don't mind coming back again. Spacious: two bedrooms and two bathrooms + living room for a very good price. nice to stay. The location was good. Centrally located and nearby to shopping centers. I like the surrounding area.. Nothing i like. Convenience for shopping and excess to other tourist attraction. near to shopping centre, but difficult to go across the road. the location is accessible to all major city attractions. Location - near to Mahkota Parade. None. The toilet soap is too small.. The place is difficult to find. So just go to the lobby of the hotel and lett them call the owner of the appartment. Her English is hard to follow...... It would be great if the management could look into the facilities in the apartment, eg: TV, toilet cleaniliness, kitchen and also it will be nice if iron and iron board provided. The room was a bit dusty. No way to switch the main aircon off. dificult to find food stall. No kiblat sign for muslim like us to pray at your room. The facilities in the apartment was run down and needs upgrading. TV reception was poor. Shower area gets flooded with water easily. The neatness of the apartment. I believe it is time need to refurbish or upgrade. Whole. The apartment was long without guess that the room is fill with dust. shower was in rotten condition, one of the bathroom heater not working balcony was dirty....bathroom blind not in proper function where opposite resident able to view while you are bathing..... ladder at swimming pool was shaky.no foot bath for swimmers before entering pool. the room and especially the bathroom is terribly dirty. Apartment is old, facilities are old, furnitures are as old. There's a balcony that cannot be utilized - during check in, we were advised by the staff not to open the glass sliding door to the balcony due to safety. Apparently they are worried that the balcony wooden parapet is old and not strong (we have young kids). Basic neccesities such as toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush/ paste, sanitary bag) n face towel not provided. Time for an upgrade Mahkota!. Water heather not proper working. Tv channel very poor. Hall without aircond The owner can't produce me the bill for for to make a claim. Appreciate if letsbookhotel.com can send me the bill. I had a very bad experience where the door nop was broken and we were trap in the appartment. but the rest was ok. 1) No air-conditioner in the hall. 2) Caretaker came by at 11.35am to inspect the unit before collecting the unit keys! Had to tell him off & to come back by 12noon which is the actual check-out time!!! 3) Practically turning over the bed-covers, pulling out each kitchen cabinet drawers, check the jug kettle and refrigerator condition & counting the number of towels!!!.
