Easy access as it situated in the centre of the town plus the staff is
really helpful in giving information and provide our needs...
The staff is helpful and good. She even help us to call taxi to send us to the airport.She also ask whether we need a room service & if we do, we have to leave the room key at the counter.

For a budget hotel the Kapit is well located. Features I liked included goo lighting to read by. The airconditioner worked and there was hot water eventually. You may need to let the tap run but the water was hot. The staff at the desk were pleasant but unable to offer any advice about the town other than the waterfront is that way.
Only stairs no lift..
She doesn't really sure of places to be visited in Kuching & the bus fare.
a bit small and quite dirty.
bedsheets not clean.
1. No private parking for the quest
2. A lot of pub around the hotel, its very noise at the night.
