Good value with off-season price if you want to stay in a comfortable place with excellent internet access. Good parking but not easy to reach without your own vehicle. Rather a business than a holiday destination. everything that prinzpark provide to my family was excellent... i arrive at 6.00 in the morning thanks to all the staffs for your service from the frontdesk till the kitchen.. thanks again iwill visit you again.

Swimming pool belongs to sport complex, not to hotel itself, and has quite limited opening hours. Breakfast doesn't reach 4* standard. Better eat in foodstalls 0.5 to 1 km away. Facilities like swimming pool need to go the next building. The wifi facility of hotel is very poor.You only search to the signal,and never could not accessed it. The front desk staff is a bit slow. Food - not fresh and cold. - suasana bising karaoke tht time i mginap mggngu sgt2 zzzzzzzz time tu... but nvrm. no swimming pool for my kids. no build in swimming pool. not enough workers. Lighting in the room is poor. The breakfast , The spread for the food are not well organise . The staff on duty are quite slow in entertaining the customer. Service at reception counter really slow and poor.. I have to wait till 30minutes to check in. This is not a 4-star hotel as claimed based on the facilities provided. Swimming pool is at Sports Complex - shared with public, and it is dirty. Breakfast - ok only. To place more variety for breakfast especially for kids. The hotel is new, but has been made carelessly, works have been done with slackness. The room is not clean, there are hair everywhere in the bathroom, filthy armchair, windows cleaned only up to a certain height. Air-condition is very noisy. Not clean!! Air-condition very noisy. They sell it like 'on the beach' but the sea is behind a great wall and is not suitable for swimming, lot of pollution and rubbish!!. housekeeper disturbing us!. 1. I was given room which already person inside. 2. I have to wait untill 5 pm to check in becoz the room not ready 3. The food is very poor not value for money.
