I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia. The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel. Most staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, buffet style, surprised to get breakfast in a hotel for 90RM p/n.

The traffic and the difficulty to obtain taxi. Bathroom, too small. problem is room is very small. and i did not get wi fi. There are no big hotel sign board .Very difficult to find the hotel because road construction are fully covered the hotel. Ruangan sempit, jalannya macet,menu sarapan kurang bervariatif. Old rooms, need a renew urgently. They didn't clean our room during the stay. You get what you pay for. Small room and noisy traffic outside but it s good value for money esp. in KL. -TV, Foggy national channels, No cable channels. -No parking space for guests. Wi-fi was not stable. The breakfast is nothing, no worth taking. bed sheets, towel and pillows are dirty. Bathroom tap is not good. i stay for 3 ninght but supply mineral water,bath soap, shampoo for 1st day only small room. bathroom was very small. the mrt construction just in front of the hotel. The room is near to the road, so freaking noisy at night, never stay there anymore. Thanks. The area is under construction. Room is small. The room wasn't very clean when I moved in, and it was not cleaned a single time during my three days at the hotel; no window; no fridge; no safety box in the room. Staff very slow and couldn't find my reservation without the booking number (usually the name is enough, but not here - I had to connect to the internet to get him my booking number), then checking me in took him literally 15 minutes. Some cockroaches in room. GOOD SERVICE , SMILE , AND PLEASE FRIENDLY .
