Made to feel welcome as soon as you enter as the staff are so friendly and helpful! Rooms are basic but very comfortable with good aircon and make a great base for exploring! Wifi is available downstairs with computers which you can use for free! The decor is actually pretty modern and the bathrooms are very clean. One of the best parts is the location which is a 2min walk from central market and china town and very close to the train station so it's easy to explore the city!. all reviews »
Location is great, just between china town and central KL. A few stops to KLCC, Nice lounge, rooms are OK, showers clean and were available at any time I needed them. Free tea and coffee all day through. Plenty of taxis around at night if you need them to get to airport or KL sentral. Nice place to stay if you are in KL for a few days.
Love the lobby, very homy and comfortable! Staff are pretty friendly, rooms are very quiet, nice deco in the bathroom, quite clean!Location - the location is very convenient, close to the subway station and a bunch of foods.
Staffs are very friendly and kind. They told us how to go and how far. Then we can changed our plan. Most importantly many foreigners live there. We are share everyone's experience on their travel. It's very nice place.

I stay there for 2 days, it is a wonderful place with good location, nice boss, especially clean enviroment. If I visit here next time, I would like to stay here again.
很干净很温馨。在里面感觉自己也像是那个家庭中的一员一样。在大厅自己冲杯咖啡或者茶，然后吃吃外面带回来的小点或者上网看书都非常舒服！Sunny很帅很友好的~而且就在茨厂街对面，出门就是丽丰冰茶室，对面就是新九如，走走就到联美福建面！！所有推荐的美食都在附近，步行均能到。吃得爽爽的！！.
It was a nice and clean hotel and the personnel was friendly. It offers everything you need for the price and it is centrally located.

No windows in room, but not a big deal. Wi-fi only in the lounge downstairs, but again not a big problem as there is plenty of sitting area.
Wifi - Way too slow at night! Location - because it is located in the old town, this area is really dirty and a lot of creepy people! So if you travel this place with no guys(like me and my friend are two girls), no shorts and tin top!!! And watch out your bag!!.

if you want to go to a hostel to socialize this is not the hostel for you. People usually stare at the television or do their own thing. It is no party/ social hostel.

Room had no natural light. Staff seemed to see guests as an amusing joke, and started chatting in Malay when we checked in, and then turned to us and laughed. Sheets were randomly provided, it seems triple rooms get a towel, doubles get a duvet and twins get nothing until they ask for a sheet.
No window , no restroom in the room.
Breakfast was very poor.
