Eventhough, the hotel looks warn out it's excellent value for money. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean, and the service quality is really good. The staff at reception desk and of the housekeeping are extremenly friendly and very informative too. Initially I booked this hotel only for 2 nights but extended my stay there for the entire duration (4N) of my stay in Kuala Lumpur. Very good room service and breakfast.all reviews »
very close to public transportation like monorail and MRT. management and staff are very helpful. Location and price. Hospitality. value of money and location. Value for money and access to two metro lines which were close to the hotel. Also lots of food outlets and Mall nearby. The breakfast is great and delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed linen was clean and fresh. It is one star Hotel. nothing to mention. the wifi charges too expensive. no internet access inside the room. No Indidvidual Air conditioner controls for the rooms. Toilet was cramped and W/C was almost under the wash basin and we had to nearly crawl underneath the basin to use the loo. Also the carpets need a change as they are very old.The building, rooms and fasilities is quite old but it is clean and comfort. The hotel was shabby, in a poor location, the breakfast was quite poor; there was a hot buffet, but there was nothing to keep the food hot, so on the first morning I had a cold cooked breakfast. Most unpleasant!. Due to check out 6.30am I was unable to have breakfast or even a hot drink because the dining room wasn't open until 7am. A 1.5 hour coach trip was therefore undertaken without having any thing to eat or drink. This is unacceptable for travellers. The washing basin is blocked all the times - the pipes and taps are rusty , some are broken and, leakings - there was no Bell Captain to carry the luggages in check out day , the breakfast offer is poor. cleanliness.
