Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Conciarge staffs were supportive and friendly. The location is fantastic ( 7min walk to Petronas Twin Towers, 10 min to KL Tower, many resturants close to the .
all reviews » The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive. Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths. Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend. Very nice big room - clean and luxurious and very comfortable - especially the bed is very soft and nice to sleep in. Excellent Breakfast, a very nice pool on the 18th floor, a good Sauna which actually also is not only warm but hot which is hard to find in asia. The location is just great! There are walkways which are above the street just 200 meters away from the hotel from where you can reach everything within 5 minutes in walking distant. Very good Hotel with big apt-room; very close to Petronas towers (10 min walking) and many bar and restaurants nearby; well equipped kitchen and 2 tv screens; big bathroom; also some nice restaurants inside the hotel with a large choice of wines at mediteca, (italian restaurant) serving very good San Daniele ham,"cotto" ham and cheese selection. Please notice that Petronas are closed on Monday !. Fraser Place is located centrally if you plan to spend more than a few days in KL. FANTASTIC and clean apartment, small gym with sauna and steam (male female separate was a bit of a letdown) and nice rooftop pool. Pavillion Mall and Petronas towers are only 10 minutes walk. China Town is 25 minutes walk. Free coffee machine in reception was a plus. Staff very helpful. There is nothing we did not like of Fraser Place. We stayed there for three nights upon arrival and decided to change our plans to stay there again before leaving. It is extremely well located in KL. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated, comfortable, with big rooms and very well equipped. the hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated... Staff were also very nice. * big, bright and comfortable studio room * glass wall in the bathroom - nice if you're traveling as a couple or with a co-worker hoping to break ice^^ obviously you can opt-out by lowering the curtain * close to Bukit Bintang and Puduraya Bus Station, located on a lively street with nice restaurants/clubs * tasty breakfast although the choice could have been bigger. Fraser Place is an awesome place for a stay of 4 or more days because of the kitchen facilities it provides....The swimming pool in the hotel and the view from it, the location of the hotel and the staff, everything is outstanding....Its a must stay for families who want to visit Kuala Lumpur for a holiday.....They take care of small things which is great.... Great location. Service was awesome and the facilities were excellent. And even better was being upgraded to a suite at no extra cost! We were even able to leave our luggage there after we had checked out and when we came back were able to use the facilities to freshen up before departing to the airport. We would love to come back in the future. Spacious 2 bedroom appartment. Good location close to klcc. Concierge were friendly and efficient and helped arrange taxis for daily hire at short notice. Free wifi for 2 connected users. Supermarket in klcc which is a 5 minute walk is convienient to buy groceries etc. Hotel allowed us a late check-out (6pm) at no extra charge. The staff. My suite was lovely and all the amenities supplied so I actually forgot to explore Kuala Lumpur and it was my first overnight stay in the city! I was too comfortable in my room to leave it. I also like the breakfast spread. Next time I will be traveling with my partner and we will be sure to stay there. I have now stayed here several times and there's a reason why. It's in a great location, has great staff and the facilities are wonderful. Having a kitchenette is a little luxury - if you're jet lagged you can pop a take away from the Suria mall in the microwave and have dinner at 4 in the morning if you want!. it is the first time we have stayed at a Fraser hotel and it will not be the last. the location in KL was excellent and the hotel and the staff could not have made our trip any more enjoyable. We had a studio room and this was one of the best rooms we have stayed in, in our many years of travelling. Great hospitality, with all staff very helpful and pleasant. Great room and in-room facilities. Hotel amenities were very good - high speed wifi pretty much everywhere, good leisue facilities. The locationa is very nice - right near KLCC Shopping mall and Petronas Twin Towers and bars and restaurants. It has very nice swimming pool, free wi-fi. We didn't pay for early check-in. I would prefer if you keep corner for children games similar to the hotel which next to you. Should provide 24 hrs service at lest for fast food bcz you can't get food if you need midnight. Great room, reliable internet (but need to log in every 24 hrs), breakfast selection was good, great location. Nothing. None. The only things they can improve in my opinion is the gym - it was not equipped very well and at the already good Breakfast, Fruits would be a nice topping to make it perfect. No room service; no bar or resturants after 10.00 pm; all closed on Sunday !! No wine or alcohol in the fridge ! Remember to buy some food and drinks at the supermarket inside the Pavilion (8 min walks). We booked the room through booking and the reservation we did did at first not match the room we got. There was no problem in changing in once there but make sure you then get the room you paid for an booked on booking. * no wifi on rooftop pool * rooftop pool opened till 10pm (it's a standard practice but would be nice if they extended it) * quite hard to find. May be some more channels on tv would have helped....:). Lack of fresh milk for coffee/tea. It would have been nice to have a little container of milk to use. During booking, the hotel overcharged and it took them over 1 month to refund the amount. Occasionally I had to wait too long for the lifts. But if that is the only complaint....... The restocking of items at breakfast can be a bit slow. Also, when I wanted to print out my e-ticket, I had to send it to the gmail address of a staff member and they wanted 3 ringgit for doing this, which I would not have expected in a place like this!. nothing. Breakfast could have more variety-it's quite basic. Nothing to say. Everything was excellent. The hot jacuzzi wasn't hot enough, and the steam room wasn't really working. Breakfast doesn't have wide range of dishes. Not many channels in TV especially for kids. None. Window view from room. Nothing. Small issue with the room access cards but this was quickly resolved. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. If I went to KL again would definately stay at Fraser Place but would organise my own breakfast . Good facilities in the room for this. Breakfast could have been better... It's same with no change and limited choices... Becomes boring after the first day.... No negatives. Nothing. Everything was perfect. I definately reccomend it! :). Staff was not as friendly compared to the guys at the concierge. Room is booked for 2 but only one bathrobe and toothbrush was given. Non smoking apartment. However, the Veranda area on floor 2, with complimentary coffee, compensated to a degree. The view..even we are at 16th floor..and facing the twin tower but we can't see because tall building in front of our room..the waiting time for elevator.. a bit long.Anyhow,we still love the place.. 1. breakfast is good but not excellent. 2. internet connection is not always working. 3. pool and spa areas need a little more maintainance, finishing detailing and touch of service. breakfast menu at Swatches needs more variety. No view of twin tower from any hotel room....Monorail & Butik Bintang is not so close .Lift is slow . The 3 lifts for a huge building are insufficient. Get ready to wait a good 5 minutes to get a (crowded) lift to breakfast. Wifi very choppy in the room, with Skype not working. I had to use a cable - there were 2 in the apartments, of which only one was live. This was a pooling as it was impossible to work reliably. These 2 things made the experience frustrating, in an otherwise superb location. Swimming pool is very small. Bearkfast needs more varieties. Nothing major except the public tiled space is very slippery when wet, a couple of minor casualties in the dinning room.at breakfast that could easily have been serious.over the two days I was there, but I would still go back!. The deposit I paid upon arrival for any room charges is yet to be refunded (a little disappointing!). Nothing. Gym was very stuffy. This hasn't changed a bit since my first visit months ago. This time for 4 nights, I only visited it once because it was unbearably stuffy. Neither do the window open nor is there an AC control in the gym. Bad. Fix this!! The situation can be easily remedied!.
