This budget priced hotel is in a central location close to shopping centers and public transport. Our room was on the 8th floor at the back of the building and was very quiet. The room was clean, average size and had adequate cupboard space so we could unpack our luggage. The bed was comfortable. There is a food hawkers market in the street behind the hotel which has a large variety of food stalls each evening. Breakfast was served daily in the dining room with a choice of cooked Americian .
all reviews » the beddings are comfortable, there's a water refilling station so we don't need to buy bottled water anymore. 7-11 and KK Mart are just located across the street. Very near to the food avenue very wide array of food choices! Money changes is located just beside the hotel. Breakfast is just ok kids like it. Front desk has been very helpful helping us to book vans going to Genting, Sunway, City Tour and Airport. Everything is hassle free!. Location: near shopping malls like bb mall, lot 10 and pavillion...food stalls at jln alor and guardian pharmacy. 5 minutes walk from bukit bintang monorail. Cleanliness: excellent..more like 4 stars service Provide breakfast eventhough not much choice but value for money. I like the coffee house so that i can order some foods and having my meal at the hotel's room. The foods serve at the Heritage Coffee House are very tasty and delicious. The hotel location is nearby the shopping mall. The hotel is nearby shopping. Location is great: 5 minutes walk from Berjaya Times Square, 20 minutes walk from the Twin Towers and very close to a vast choice of restaurants. The room was big and well equipped (air conditioning, big bathroom), and breakfast was included. this was my 7th stay in the hotel room service menu in the room is a good addition plenty of taxis around so close to all shopping centers and jalan alor this time the house keeping was prompt and neat work. the staff are very profesional especially the lady in reception that I and my wife would like to thank her together with the sister Isatis for the help and the good way of listening to guests demands . The hotel is clean and confortable enough to relax. The locatioan is close with many shops such as sungai weng, lowyat, pavilion, and more...public transport is also easy to get. I like the hotel location, the plus point here is the location. Really near shopping centre. The room is quite clean. I like the bed and the pillows. I will come again. ;). What we like about the hotel is that its located in centre of the shopping area with a walking distance, Its indeed an excellent location for the tourist like us. I must say we get more than what we can expect from a budget hotel, or we can say it is like a four star facility at cost of two star. The neighborhood might not be suitable for families with children, due to the amount of young women offering massages in the evening. as a budget hotel food prices are on the high side very few tv channels to watch not a single sports channel. Very good hotel , but we would have loved to have wifi in the rooms , so that it was a real constraint to go each time to loby to get connected. No free wifi at room. I not really like the breakfast menu. It's too poor. . Only some type of food. N not all food is suitable for visitors. I think hotel must concern bout the menu. Make some more menu or change to buffet breakfast is very recommended . ;). Bad smell in the lobby Surrounding is not good for family (many massage parlour and hostess). None. Not too much really. Maybe the hawkers in the general area - but that's just part of se Asia. Hotel should provide a electric kettle in room. As many tourist comes thus mode of communication is mostly English. The staff is not good at it. They need to be trained. Besides that, the Taxi driver that dropped me to Airport did not knew English so my trip (an hour to the airport) was boring as he couldn't tell me about any of my queries like the name of place, etc and I was like sitting alone in the car. So in my opinion while booking a taxi for your customers, always call a taxi driver with good English. Room service was poor. There is no water bottles from the hotel side in the room. There is no hotel sandals available to use. One of the room cleaning lady took my sandals and I didn't get them back. WiFi not available in the entire hotel, only accessible in the lobby. no available internet in the room. Piped in music shd b restored, preferably soft instrumental. Telephone at the room not working during all of my stay. When I wanted to do phone calls I had to stand in the lobby desk and call. No WiFi. - traffic jammed due to major construction (MRT). - Noisy. Central water system not convenient bedside no body tell you where to get hot/cold water a note on the table shd b sufficient. The breakfasts were usually cold, the dining room staff sullen & whoever made my iced coffee had no idea how to do it properly. late cleaning of rooms choice of breakfast only a few tv channels on tv. The smell of the lobby but not really a big problem. Too many "Hello, massage?".. Nothing didn't like. "Massage girls" everywhere. For the time being, its the dusty condition because of the construction. i didnt know they do not provide toothbrushes , hence was unable to brush for a day. The less smiling recepsionist. the restourent waiters services is normal only. I have book early for a single bed ended up my first night staying on a double bed. The staff said they will change the next day. However, on the next day, after we handle over the hotel key for them to change room and we left for shopping. coming back in evening, the staff still didn't swap our room. we have to explain the whole story to another during his shift. - There wasn't any replacement of tissue box since is was empty the second day and we are staying for 5 nights. Wifi not in rooms. no ironer in rooms and no face towel. Nite live in front your hotel can be not good for family travel. May want to consider to improve your breakfast menu. traffic. no electric jug kettle to boil water but hot water provided outside room in common area. No wireless at the room. Signal of television is bad.
