The space of the room is large and comfortable for children to play around and the surrounding is very peaceful and privacy. I like to stay here... Nice setting, calm, clean, pool view, chalets, Low price, nice staff, breakfast included. The staffs are quite nice, friendly & helpful. the nice chalets with beautiful garden. The family room was very big and nice The beuatiful garden Traditional breakfast with good price Friendly stuff.

Worth for mmoney..my kids had fun n njoi staying here..will come again.. Location of hotel is just good. Feel like my hometown... Children swimming pool. The reception quite fair and reasonable. Nothing. a little bit far from attractions, if you have a car then it is of no issue but taxis are 24 Ringgit to the closest beach. The taxi fare was expensive & usually charge more higher to the first time visitor almost double price. Like normal is $24.00 more than enough but will charge $35.00. The local tour agent was no good also, unreasonally charged tourist demn high. Eg. Same Island hopping is rang $25.00 to $35.00 but I paid for it $45.00. the opacity of the water in the swimming pool, the bad education of a large group of Indians screaming, drinking and bathing all day until late in the pool. The furniture and bath room was very old No phone in the room to be conected with the reception. Didn't sleep well due to the noisy air conditioners. The reception not friendly. 1.A little upset by holiday makers on loud music from pool side after mid-night.Hotel management should let holiday makers know upfront that this is not allow after mid-night. 2.The hotel poster should located near road side for easier identification for new comer. Staff no so friendly...no security at night.... no phone support direct from room... lousy breakfast. Swimming pool need to maintain as there is a lot of trash and the water conditions not very nice. choice sof breakfast no so much facilities in room such as aircond shall be replaced with the new one. The room and reception quite far & no intenal phone incase of emergency. The fixtures & fittings, furnitures looks old and for me I have babies not safedue to you can find ants & insects around. Need to be refurbish in order to improve the environment Cleanliness have to be give more attention & the leaking sink really gave very bad impression to me. Everything as described in the booking web site.
