Our room facing sea and hotel club house with swimming pool...very awesome view. Nicely located with lots of food stalls every where l think more then 10, so you have lots of choice. Its kind of castle type, l feel like heritage decoration...very nice for me. Its a good selection for those looking something different. The location is good, the staff is helpful, and the surrounding of the hotel is comforting and nice. I like it. The food is also good.
all reviews » The awesomeness of the nature outdoor with the great services from the staff would just make your trip to Langkawi perfect. The view of the resort towards the sea is awesome and also the swimming pool is superb which has a bar next to it. The rooms we stayed in have been recently refurbished! So facilities are good and clean!. The price is very competitive and food plentiful I really enjoyed our stay. Nearly everything.some staff was really helpful and good. The place was very well kept and met all my requirements. Excellent place, courtous staff, ambient atmosphere. every thing in order. Awesome location. Friendly staff. Housekeeping issues.i paid for late check out but they didnt tidy the room and didnt give clean towels,tissue and toilet paper. None. Rooms were not like the ones showed in webpage. I ordered lunch through their room service and it took them 2 days to collect the wastes and dishes. Also the Wi-fi internet is accessible only in the lobby. It'd be better if the service reached individual rooms. Our rooms were small and smelled, shower flooded, tv didn't work properly, took 1hr 20mins for someone to change the batteries in our safe, too far away from main strip, bar staff didn't know how to make drinks, not on the beach. Room service (F&B) We ordered Pasta (Aglio Olio) and it was so BAD that we could not eat AT ALL!! Paid RM 37 for nothing!. check in的MM太不靠谱了。服务太糟糕~ 做错了也不道歉，立马推到酒店其他MM身上。. Elevator bad smell. Towel was old and torn. Shower is to slow, tv chanelles not clear especially movie. Rest room is not clean. A bit dirty. the wooden staircase need repair. The system is too rigid. I request for another room card but rejected. When I ask for additional bottle of normal water, the hotel charge the guest. We lifted report to hotel helpdesk about tv channel problem the hotel didn't do anythings. Poor services maintance. The aircon does not function well. After complained to the staff and the maintenance person did come to repaired it but still warm for the whole night. I stayed in 3 bedroom apartment and during my 10 days stays I noticed that building require lot of internal maintenance such as elevators not working properly, toilets need renovation, internet is available only in lobby and restaurant, housekeeping is poor also. The hotel is not well maintain, toilet waste water drip from upstairs to down stairs toilet... Hospitality. Receving guest is not good comparitively with some other hotels in Langkawi. In Reception the response is poor. We requested for Sea View as we booked the hotel by seeing the option. The way the management is conveyed to us is not at all fair. Bathrooms near Swingpool is poor smell badly surroundings. - cold water at the toilet - small room - they cut the grase at the morning 8am - only wifi at the lobby. the stuff, the service. Breakfast was pethetic... Room doors were creeping.. Elevators were ages old.. The room and floor upkeep and maintenance. The floors didn't give a feel of a resort and Spa. The rooms were small. Staff Service Facility. Disappointed.I think Hotel does not have manager on duty as i could not find one. Hotel asks you to pay full amount of your stay in advance. Staff rude. Hotel is not even 3 stars for sure. This Hotel is not advisable. I visit all around 14 country in this world ..I ever face this kind of bad hotel my life.no service ..in a word nothing is good .like when I reached 1st in hotle no bell boy for gide the room.From front office just give me the key and said to me go this room..oh my god I dont know anything right.in side the room intercom never working.i ask so many time for clean the room never come housekeeping for clean the room.Nothing is good.I Will never forget this hotel name for bad service. evry thing was bad.
