The staff were very helpful & attended to our requests promptly. We had a very pleasant stay with the hotel and plan to return soon. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Convenient location and lovely breakfast buffet. Friendly and efficient staff. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was kind of small but clean and cozy. The bathroom was also clean.

This is a good stop if you need an hotel near the airport (5 mins). everything is good, clean n all staff are very friendly:). Will come again next time.. Nice service. Everythings fine. rooms are big， as i booked a room with three beds，there are five beds.two bathrooms. airport transfer is very good， but the time limit is not so good. Near the airport and free transportation to and from the airport. Employe. clean. Convenient location for reaching in few minutes the two airports. Water too dirty & not using water pump, as such not comfort to bathing Family Queen size Bed too small if compare to other 3 star type hotel, not comfort to sleep over 2 night, not recomend to stay!. Close to KK airport. Streets outside hotel are average standard, possible safety issue at night. More information and map of surrounding area for walking and shopping. if possible the bath room should have the curtain because it is transparent.may be for young people should be fine but not for family with kids. The Chinese restaurant over the road is nothing special!. it does not hv parking area...i hv to park at megah d'aru's parking area. Water pump system and heater are functioning very poor condition and appreciate good maintenance at all times,. It;s getting more and more expensive for the massage store cross the street, and most of the hotel guests are loud. Food & hot water. too small. The room I booked was a double room and I was "upgraded" to a 3 beds room. This one was small, so I dont want to imagine how was the double. The bathroom looked dodgy and dirty, the room smelled strange dont know if it was the airconditioning or the humidity extractor.There is no ventilation. Seems like the target market are Chinese, which in my impression they dont mind the space of a room as slong as many can fit in one place. Room very small, not clean, no blind between bathroom and bedroom, bed uncomfortable.
