The manager Michael was particularly helpful especially when the washing machine flooded the kitchen and must say I am really grateful. All the washing of the half washed clothes and drying was done a his own time.
The manager speaks fluent English and mandarin . Very warm and helpful.

The best thing is that its next to a mall.
After hours check in was not easy and we were so tired when we arrived but could not access the apartment due to miscommunication. TV had very few channels and a dryer should be installed or guests allowed to use the office dryer if not available in unit.
The location sucks. Many bugs in the room.
Install inside door lash for double protection.
the bathroom was abit dirty... ask the cleaner to wash the bathroom properly.
Housekeeping not too good..didnt clean the house properly..
Besides the mall, we need to travel 20 minutes in order to go to another mall or the town area and jetty. Not that convenient.
