  Lovely place with nature and comfort in the same package. Nice coral reefs just in front of the hotel, jungle next to your hotel room's patio. So not necessary any need for extra exploring trips (good if you are staying only a few nights). Snorkling trip with 2 spots to explore was nice though. Waters are really, really clear, and the beach clean.... what people say » There is only the hotel restaurant where to eat. Food was not amazing but good enough, wine list was more than ok considered the place (tropical isl - Some of the best scenery in the world. Gorgeous beach filled a short way out with coral and tropical fish to see while snorkeling. Jungle treks are right outside your door. The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the property is beautifully landscaped. We saw mother monkies with their babies clinging to them ambling by the villas and trees above.   Minang Cove is a beautiful resort and reaps the benefits of having been developed over the last 20 years or so. The landscaping creates a beautiful garden environment by the sea and welcomes an abundance of everything from butterflies to black squirrels - to pussy cats! Our rooms was heavenly ( a superior beach front). I don't think I would have e... what people say » njoyed having to walk up the steep hill to some of the other rooms and I fear mosquitoes may be a problem further back from the water. We read lots of - Great snorkelling, wildlife and scenery. Excellent massages. Clean comfortable rooms.
