The M Suites Hotel is located only a few minutes by taxi (which costs equivalent to a couple of AU$) away from a LARGE shopping complex and again roughly 10 minutes away from the Woodlands Border to get over to Singapore.Which was one of the reasons for picking this hotel. Also not far from Legoland. Hop over the boarder from here too and you're close to Singapore ZOO. The two bedroom apartment is huge and maintained well. (no it is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect perfection) but it is well .
all reviews » i like the suite..so comfortable and feels like you are in your own appartment..the.facilities in the suite also fullfil my needs..all the important things that you need in a house is in the suite..very good right? the breakfast that they provide are also very nice ..many choices of food n beverages.the pool is in cool deco..style..the gym also. The rooms were comfortable. I wish to stay in the same room for my next visit. The food were delicious and the services were excellent. The food were replace very fast. But the dinning room were very crowded as the sitting place were not little. Attractive poolside very comfortable for children. We stayed here for a visit to Legoland. The apartment was super comfortable, with good beds and a practical lay-out. Hotel staff are friendly and efficient. For this price don't expect top end restaurants and facilities but all in all excellent value for money. We would stay there again. The 95% refurbished room compared to my last 2 visits whereby it was in a rundown condition.The new slide at the swimming pool.....fantastic! Had a good family time. This won't be the last time I'm staying here. The hotel is 'revitalised'! Great job!. Serving food is nice with friendly staff. Other than that, it's just nearby Danga Bay view and town mall in JB which is very convenient and strategic places. I would recommend to my friend to stay in MSuite Hotel in the upcoming vacation. Our only problem with the hotel was it is on a main road. If you are unfortunate enough to get placed in a front room along side the road you will find the road is used for boy racers hanging out noisily in the car park next to the bay and racing up and down the road in their cars. Obviously this is not the hotels fault but can disappoint your stay with them. the things that i did't like the most is..when i entered the suite n went into one of the toilet..i can smell exactly like someone has using the toilet but didn't flush!! so smelly!! and the bedsheet and pillow cover doesn't smelled fresh... Parking Area were uncomfortable to the Lobby entrance as we have to carry luggage. Hotel lobby and hallways did not make a super clean impression. Note that the hotel is halal, so no pork and no alcohol being served. Far away from shopping area. We didn't managed to get all our requests probably due to hotel high occupancy on weekend. A bit far from shopping and downtown area. Will need a car. Not sure whether there is a shuttle service, or convenient public transport to town. the location a little off the shopping area. Breakfast spread can be improved a little with more varieties. Nothing. The room is a little old but they tried to make it clean and comfortable. Even the room is spacious the room we stay hv the lcd tv at the opposite way of direction from bed. Theres no way for u to turn ur lcd tv watching from bed.. Have to take parking tickets every time coming in and out of hotel. The toilet need to do some revovation. It's look old. The mattress need to change coz it looks have been use for quite long . Breakfast: The sambal for nasi lemak should be a bit sweet not salty. Carpark (basement) lighting and surrounding can be improved. Old towel provided. Lack of iron + ironing board. Have to wait more than 1 hour for iron. Nothing really. Uncomfortable parking area. Should give free parking for hotel guest. At least put 1km signboard to sign hotel location. Bathroom is not really clean enough. But over all is okay. Room needs renovation. Some flooring and corner skirting has holes.. none. too bare and minimum. some of the staff are too stiff and non communicative. I didn't realise any of bad sides of staff or hotel administration!. The sound of vehicles passing by disrupted the quiet atmosphere of the room at night. The staff at Coffee House was not friendly especially the cook at the egg counter for breakfast. Lack of courtesy. The pool. food quality, damaged furnitures. Car park is too narrow. maybe have a periodic shuttle to the city centre. a gift shop in the hotel would be useful, to buy cigs or light snacks. Shower room tidak mnyediakan sandal. none. entry into hotel when coming in from town is difficult. limited parking. breakfast spread could be improved. Croissants like stale bread. Breakfast. the room is old fashion.need to dsign to modern style. Furniture is a bit old fashion. Without car, it's not convenient location. No toothbrush and paste, no complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Nil.
