Staff are all very helpful and warm. Good location, provide access to taste the local delights within walking distance during night time. Easy to find the location. Generally quiet and clean, provision of breakfast buffet is considerably good. In overall, good service and excellent value of money, especially for traveler with young kids. All facilities inside the room including room service are perfect, especially the cleanness.

The tour offered by the hotel is great! The window view at 12th level is nice too!. It is easy to get transport near the Hotel to various destinations.free parking , clean rooms. Street Hawker food (that's what penang is famous for) was very easily available - it was just down the road.Good location and also convenience in term of getting food as they are plenty of hawker stalls around the area. Because of the cheap rates. No specific wow experience. This is my 2nd visit, it has severelydeteriorated in quality and cleanliness. Location is strategic. Convenient location. the location is very convenient. it closed to many food stalls. nothing at all. No direct lift from car park to main lobby which caused inconvenience to those who drive in. Bad carpark excess, dirty smelly rooms and bathrooms, faulty showerheads and hot water flow. facilities and the services is very poor, i have been waited for 45 mins to check in, and they request to wait for 40 mins more for the king size bed which they claimed that the previous customer was still occupied the room even the check out time is over, i need to mentioned it was 3pm that time. Is this the service to what so-call the four star hotel should provided?. Front office staff did not know how to check my name in the booking list and was trying to give excuses and not trying to solve the problem.the desk staff are very "confused" ,we booked for 2 nights but they messed up and locked us out from our room after the 1st night because they thought we have no reservation for the 2nd night. The most hassles I have ever gone through from all my hotel experiences. The rooms were not very clean and the gym is not even a gym. 1. the staff check-in counter are not willing to give us the king size bed room which we have reserved and confirmed in 4 days before. finally, they gave us after we hv "told" them again and again 2. as we had to catch early flight, we hv told them to prepare the breakfast boxes to us instead the bf buffet, they promised but finally when we check-out at 6am, we could not get our breakfast boxes. street, room, service, restuarant, excercise room, pool, no business room, no internet, no dinner services, run down furniture, torn sheets, pathetic towels,. hotel staff did not care about guests.
