There for holiday for 3d2n. We stayed at unit no. 23250 which very spacious, clean, comfortable & nice view. Just nice to accupied 4 adults with 3 naughty kids. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch & dinner at the very big balcony. the place was excellent with a nice view and great location. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. i will definitely stay here again.
all reviews » A very cool and cosy place with peaceful country surrounding. Suitable for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The room was nice, we requested for queen bed but than the said we have to pay extra. Anyway we like it. The overall is good. The room is big equip with balcony, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Lovely view, great location close to Boh tea plantation, spacious apartment. Big space to hang out. Really good view located at the peak of Cameron. Friendly staff. i'm dissapointed with the cleanliness and the room smell stink. Every day clean bedding and towels, further nothing positive. 1. The door knob had problem. We called the maintenance but they didn't came until we checked-out 2. We also had problem with the water heater. The day before checked-out, we heard something weird, loud & also have smoke. Actly the sound came from the bath room drain water whole in our room. Everything was ok after switched off the heater. Nothing. Too much constructions, spoiled the cool environment. The heater in bathroom cannot function well. The apartemnt was advertised for 4 people but we had to ask twice to be brought bedding for the 3rd and 4th people, which was not in the room. Plumbing was pretty screwed. The toilet very noisy whole day & night. Has to repair. The free wifi is not working at all. Traffic jam to Brinchang Town at evening when night market and at morning to Kea Farm. Wi-fi available but not working (cannot connect to internet). Fertilizer smell from nearby vegetable farm. Cleanliness & facilities are not properly maintain. No comment. no wifi. Hotel lobby is far. No phone in the room therefore guest need to walk over to the lobby for any request. Reception is not on 24 hour basis whereby it may be hard to check-out early especially if guests are paying with credit card. We have to call the reception and waited for them to open the counter only to check out. Both toilet flush are broke. The furniture were old and there were tatters on the walls. The water from the shower took a long time to turn warm. Presumably because the outlet is of some distance from the heater. There was no wifi at all, even though the login details were provided. But I didn't bother complaining. No shower curtain caused the whole bathroom floor to be constantly wet . Too much development going on in Cameron Highlands. We are losing all our natural forests. The facilities are lack of proper maintenance. -bathroom no good -no clean. No wifi connection at all. Not as described. Only 2 towels provided for 4 pax room. Not enough blankets. Windows of the kitchen is not cover,so people outside can see what we are doing.I think it need to be cover to make more privacy to all your customer. No wifi coverage. facilities to minimal such us no breakfast provided, smelly at bathroom and pantry, no topup new shower soap. Water heater. It is quite far from the reception to the room - not suitable for customers without cars. Its disappointed to see cleaniness of the room. The bathroom basin blocked, tap has been spoiled. Other appliances spoiled/broken. Wouldn't recommend for more than a night, but served a purpose for brief stay. Mould on lampshades and in kitchen. Kitchen cupboards v dirty. Only 3 channels on the TV! No set of bedding for our daughter until we asked. Building work going on at the crack of dawn. 1. The floor was dusty and cold Maybe you should put a carpet to reduce the cold. 2. We asked for 2 extra towel but the next day they took it back. 4 of us share 2 towel then. 3. Since you are on the highest point of the highland it is quiet cold up there. Maybe a heater would help. Because we didn't get enough blanket for the cold breezy 3 night up there. Though there was a "kitchen", it wasn't allowed to cook, no plates, no pots, no kitchen tools at all. Also, no hangers in cabinet, a blocked basin in the washroom, too little warm water for a bath tube, a lot of trouble with everything and the feeling to be considered as a potential thieve. If you want to go there, bring everything from home and enjoy the nice view. broken kitchen cabinet n not clean esp in the toilet n bath tub..quite smelly too espinthe kitchen area. The room is smelly and badly maintained. There is no face or hand towels including floor mat. The toilet flush is not working. The reception is not working 24 hours.It will only start their chech out by 8 am.What if those who want to leave before 8.a standard resort or hotel should be 24 hours.If you cannot do this,please do not build a hotel,u can just go to do a job that is having office hour.Between,my deposit is given to you.Is it the main reason u don wan to have a 24 hours in reception desk?. cleanliness. Lamp, telephone, hair dryer, sofa bed all SPOILT & Dirty floor.. We required to change the room but not allowed, reason is full house. Me and family check in at 8pm and expect to rest but the staff still in our room and repair all the spoilt stuff... V bad experience to stay here.. Very poor facilities, etc. the sofa bed has bed bug, feel itchy after sleeping. Very disappointed with this trip staying in Natasha Resort, the unit we move in 250 was having a big problem of water licking on the master bedroom. After an hours we took the chances to change to the other unit, but this room was very dirty and no water heater for us... Very bad experienced for our accommodation here. We hope that the cleaning job and facilities will take place to improved as soon as possible. apartment very,very dirty, sink leak etc. room, kitchen, tv area-smelly & dirty, balcony dirty.
