The package offered is really all-rounder.The room was spacious,facilities are top-notch,staffs are really friendly and helpful.The room also has praying mat and qiblah direction for muslim lodgers.Very strategic location,shops,mosque,petrol station,atms are within walking distance.Quiet and private surroundings suitable for relaxation after a long tiring day.Best of all,its budget friendly.Would recommend to anyone,and surely will come back again for holiday.
all reviews » The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. The room's clean. The garden is beautiful facing a convenient parking area. It's a well- run hotel. I like the fact that it is at a hill-top and in the heart of Brinchang town, adjacent to a mini-market, souvenir shops and restaurants. I think I'll come back. For me everything is ok. Before we arrive to the hotel we think it really really worse hotel base on the previous review. But all of the review is not true. The room is OK. The room is allready provide wall fan and the invironment is perfect compareto another hotel nearby. I was very impressed with the service provided by the manager on duty on the day I checked in. His friendliness and patience to our requests were awesome. We had a good time staying there. Very clean hotel and nice view even from level 1. very friendly staff. Hot water provided. Quiet. Parking provided. Strategic location, close to pasar malam, shops, food court. location of the hotel is quite stratergic as it's just nearby to the Brinchang town and Saturday night market, KEA farm, Time tunnel, cactus valley n etc. the place was very comfortable for me and my family. not far from the night market brinchang. clean place and have their own parking. The hotel is located at Brinchang town centre, good location with private car park. Walking distance to restaurants and night market. Very nice location with ample of parking. Even asked for directions & was recommended to go to alternative point of interest if so wish. The location is good, situated near Brinchang Night Market, however due to the hill side, it is recommended to have stairs that would act as a shortcut to the market. i would like to suggest the hotel to provide breakfast. Wifi connection only available at reception area and rooms nearby.Extend it for greater room coverage and it will be 5 stars from me.Thumbs up!. Telephone facility was not provided in my room which is two doors from the reception, so I had to go out of the room to ask for room service. Spacious apartment but no cooking allowed. Its good to have a staircase then a steep road to reach hotel. No instant refreshment eg: 3in1 milo, tea,coffee. No fridge. simple bathroom (hopefully to be more modern). I don't like the smell of the towels. No hairdryer provided. No water kettle provided. However, water is provided outside d corridor for easy access for all residence. should include breakfast since the price of the room is a bit premium like rossa passadena. Nothing so far. the views are blocked with the hotels pathway if you're staying at the ground floor although i dont think it will be issue if stayed on higher floor. lots of black ant in the toilet!. None.., Everything nice. No restaurant and breakfast provided. There are no taxis available to go around in Brinchang. And it would have been nice if a kettle was available in the room as it's a bit difficult to wake up early morning in the cold to go and take hot water from the dispenser. And also small packets of instant tea or coffee, available in the room would have been ideal. in my room, I don't get a wifi. Noisy sound inside the room & outside as we'll. whole night can not sleep. If no sound at all, I will recommend others to come and stay. Quite a busy place during weekend but it's attraction area and we are ok with it. I wish there was an electrical teapot in the room. if there was it was great. No wifi in the rooms. No breakfast. No cold water. Mattress in Room 305 B was too soft. While mattress in Room 305 C was better and firmer. Consistency of the mattress quality and size of both room was different despite the same price tag. Bedsheets and pillows were quite smelly. Too near to mosque .. it makes u wake up early in the morning... No lift. Rooms and toilets are very old. furnitures. Nothing, everything was good. no wifi available at the room. The procedur of check out was take to much time. didn't provide tea spoon n hairdryer. No telephone and welcome tea. Kitchen not equipped, furnature poor. Wifi in lobby only. Studio room only 1 toilet cum bathroom. Very tedious to wait as we have 5 adults & 2 kids waiting in queue. Cobwebs on da bathroom window Quite rundown. Door lock likely to break. Air cond/heater should be good as there is some tendency the weather feels warmer/cooler than it seems. the toilet needs toilet mat as it is cold.
