Excellent location in a very quiet area. A 20 minute walk into the city centre or a very cheap taxi ride (£1.50). Owners very friendly and helpful and rooms clean with good, hot showers. Many restaurants nearby, plenty of choice and excellent value. Owners arranged an airport transfer for 4 adults + baby at 03.00. All worked really well at the bargain price of 20 Euros for the 25 km trip. Large choice of tasty items for breakfast. The Kapistec is an excellent small hotel which I recommend.

They were not just professionally polite, they are friendly because this is their real nature. The place was just what I looked for, quiet and residential street, a house that looked like a home in a small mountain resort, warm and hospitable, nicely decorated with wood furniture and personal objects, all comfort, warm water all time, ba. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kapistec! Breakfast was very good (especially the homemade omelette and pie!), the beds extremely comfortable and the wifi signal excellent! But what made our stay most memorable was the friendliness of the owners, Darko and his family! They made us feel like home and were always on hand when we needed anything. We will definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to everyone planning to visit Skopje!. Very very helpful staff, first we did not find the hotel in the city and telephone the hotel by descriping where we are. One staff of the hotel came with a car and took us to the hotel, thank you very much for this. - very quite - the surrounding is very green. - there is a car park near the hotel, so you can park your car free by. Organization of working. The cash machine is still not working properely. Old, broken furniture. It's difficult to find the hotel,even with a GPS. There is no parking, only places under trees or on the street, behind a big block of flats. We had to pay supplimentary 5 euro for our dog (the hotel is pet friendly), even it's a very small one.
