Originally, we were supposed to stay at the one-bedroom apartment on Ulitsa Anton Panov, but since there was some issue with electricity, the managers of these apartments located us to the superior two-bedroom apartment on Bulevar Sveti Kliment Ohridski instead, and for no extra cost. That was very kind of them and I want to mention Petar here specifically, who did a wonderful job of explaining us all the details about the city and the apartment. The accommodation was very satisfying, the apartment is clean, spacious, the kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with all the necessary elements (sugar, oil, salt, coffe, shampoo, shower gel, soap...). We were there in the middle of January and outside was snowing, but inside the heating was working perfect (central heating + air condition)... The living room is spacious and it's very light because of the numerous windows it has... There . it is a very apartment, in the heart of the skopje... you can everywhere go by walking... the apartment it's really spacious, it has central heating + air conditioning... all the necessarry products, at least for the first days they were waiting for us, like shampoo, shower gel, or sugar, coffe, oil for cooking... that was very thoughtful from the staff. Nikola was so polite, he offered us to take me to the airport and the other way around, the wi-fi works perfect, the apartment is full of. We stayed at the apartment in Kozara Str., probably one of the best apartments where I ever stayed. Big, clean, absolutely comfortable, in a good location (10 minutes walk for the central square; near a very useful and cheap supermarket; quiet neighborhood), with everything needed. Petar, the staff member, was incredibly friendly, polite, warm-hearted and always (and I mean ALWAYS) available for any kind of help. We asked for the shuttle service from/to the airport, which was quite helpful and . The apartment we stayed in was amazing - all the rooms were fully equipped with everything you can imagine; it felt like we were home. The location of the apartment was great - we did not have to use taxis or public buses. What I liked the most was the staff - Nikola, more specifically. He waited for us patiently (even though we were a bit late) in front of a warm and clean place, with two bottles of water, coffee and tea waiting for us in the kitchen. He was very helpful, polite, kind, and spo. Skopje is a fascinating city to visit. If you ever go there, instead of a hotel room choose an apartment to rent. We stayed at Cosmopolitan Apartment and it was a very pleasant experience. Wide spaces, full of light, nice terrace with beautiful view to the mountains, free internet connection, fully equiped with appliances for cooking, everything that you could wish for a perfect stay. The owner was sooooo nice, he offered us very good local wine and advices about how to get to the city attracti. The apartment has an excellent location for city and business travelers, since it is only few minutes walk from city and business centre. At the same time, building is in the quiet part of town and is a good start point for exploring the city on longer vacations. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, spacious terrace and excellent WIFI connection. The host, Petar was very friendly and welcoming. He arranged transfer from/to the airport for a rea. The apartment we stayed in was newly decorated and clean and comfortable. It was good value for money. But what made the stay especially good was the staff. The guys who run the place were very welcoming and massively helpful. They arrived to meet us,show us around and were kind enough to suggest some tourist spots to visit. The weekend we stayed the city parking permits were all being reapplied for but they were really good at making sure we always had somewhere to park without getting a . I liked having friendly staff who are willing, available & will run to help. When wi-fi did not work Petar came late at night and fixed it immediately. It's about a 10 minute walk to all the major sites, its clean, comfortable and we had great service. We came back to Skopje a few nights later but we hadn't booked anything. Due to heavy storms in Skopje there were problems with the electricity in the apartment we originally booked. We were informed and got transferred to one of the best apartments Cosmopolitan Apartments has to offer. It was even bigger and better than our original booking and we got it for the same price! This is a 100% recommendation. Next time to Skopje, it is again Cosmopolitan. I stayed in the apartment close to the main Skopje church, which is an excellent location for easy access everywhere in the city center. Despite being on a busy street, it's very quiet as it is oriented towards the inner yard. The apartment is well equipped, with stable and strong wifi. And the staff, especially Petar, are very helpful, available and speak very good English. Can only recommend. Our short stay in an apartment of "Cosmopolitan apartments" in Skopje was very comfortable, we arrived late at night by bus from Thessaloniki where we found Mr. Petar who accompanied us and showed the apartment we had booked and was immediately to our liking. At the start, which occurred at 5:30 am Petar always escorted us to the bus station. Great accommodation, courtesy and helpfulness!. The host was waiting to pick us up at the bus station, though the bus was almost an hour behind the schedule . We arrived at night , so it was very helpful and we felt relieved. The apartment is very quiet and only a small walk to the citycenter.Even though Nikola will give you parking card so that you can park free on the parking lot, there's almost never a free parking spot, but since the apartment is in the heart of Skopje you don't even need a car, all the interesting places to visit are on 10 min max. walking. you get parking card from the staff, but almost never there's a parking spot in near the building. You can't buy any alcohol after 7 o'clock in the evening, but you can have some in a bar or restaurant, which you will find plenty in the city center. The kitchen sink did not have hot water which was not a serious problem. I wish there were a mat on the slippery bathroom floor. Parking can be a little difficult as it is a bit of a squeeze during peak time. Nothing. none!. Even if I'm not a very tall person, I would appreciate if the beds should be bigger. Cooking facilities were inadequate and a range of saucepans would help. The taxi supposed to arrive at 8am didn't show up. There was no one around to help. I had to find one myself and managed to arrive just 8 mins before the bus departed. The location is not in the very center of the city but still in a reasonable walking distance of 10-15 minutes. With low taxi prices in Skopje it is not a problem. Bathroom not properly cleaned prior to my check-in; clipped hair was all over the sink. Only large bathroom towels supplied, no smaller ones for face or hands. Also the car parking slot was so small that the rental car (VW Skoda Rapid, C category) could not fit in. Finally, the Wi-Fi was no longer available in the night time. However the general impression was not negative, the price was excellent, and, they told me to ask for anything I needed.
