Hotel has perfect location for those who come hiking the mountains as well as for those who are just in transit, on a romantic break or visiting Bitola. In front of the hotel is a enough parking for all the visitors. The terrace is surrounded by beautiful flowers. The stuff is very nice and polite. Rooms are spotlessly clean and have a fridge and a cable TV. Wireless works perfect.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. - Best place to stay if visiting Bitola - Nothing to worry about - just visit and enjoy, everything is just great !!. I was offered a not renovated room in the beginning (which was replaced immediately upon request). It's not so easy to find since the hotel is situated outside Bitola. - Wedding reception on the night we stayed so we couldn't use the inside bar (we could take a bottle of wine to our room though so we didn't mind at all!). Nothing but you'll probably need a car as its out of town. The fridge or cooler (I do not know what it was) works, but the temperature inside was higher than in the room. It was not possible to cool something there. At the time we traveled the weather was very hot and it was necessary to have a cold drink overnight. I'm asthmatic and found the staff totally dismissive of my problem with air fresheners. I was told they couldn't be turned off because clients would complain about smells! What on earth were they hiding?. Apartment needs some refurbishment. Amateurs Poor amenities. The restaurant was a disaster. Completely unqualified staff (although well dressed and friendly), and the food was the worst I had in a long time. Sorry but this place doesn't know what it wants to be: either a classy restaurant, or a "local grill" type. It ends up being good in neither.
