The friendly and very helpful staff; The nice breakfast! It's central position, opposite the central station. Friendly , helpful staff . good location . clean .good value for money. location. Street outside is being dug up (and being Lux this means it will still be being dug up when you stay). Very basic room for 3 star. Clean sheets, but bedcovers not so clean.Toilet seat very loose. Severely overpriced, for a very basic amenities hotel, right in the heart of the (small) red light district and with major road works on its street turning access to it into a swamp adventure. Arrived late and noone told me I had to turn on the central heating radiators myself! Plenty of room for improvement in what they call buffet breakfast. It's in a bit of a "dodgy" area at night.no internet, though listed to have, on this site. parking was on another block and required someone to come and open the gate when you want to park or leave. I needed an European adaptor and they did not have any. The shower is not installed in the wall, therefore you have to keep holding it while showering. Usually I don't bother with noise, so despite some comments in the site I decided to stay there. The comments are right, even for me it was very loud waking me up in the middle of the night.there aren't tea facilities in the room.
