Staff was very helpful in changing my booking. Friendly staff, very nice room. We really enjoyed our stay. . We enjoyed breakfast and the room!!. The location, price. Vistited the City. Room was nice, warm and quite: first night with 2 single beds but the day after they changed with king size bed. Breakfast was very good. it is easy to reach the Old Town by feet, the staff is very kind. Free Wifi Internet connection in room.
all reviews » peace. It is comfortably situated near a very good shopping-centre, it is quite easily reached by bus from the Old Town, the stuff was service-minded. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is very close to the river and the old town. Nice Place. Location (near the river and shopping malls), availability of swimming pool (though there was no time to try it), spacious bathroom with bathtube, front desk staff efficiency in solving issue with heating (they brough add.heater upon my request and it was fine), quick delivery of cofee/tea facilities. WiFi perfectly working in my room, as well as all facilities were operable.wireless internet, rather nice interior, located close to business centre, good transport options to airport, helpful reception staff. We were upgraded to a suite:) - Luckily, as a standard room would have been very small. The location was very good.wifi access. I hate shower curtains, sliding doors would be much better. Not enough TV channels. 12 or 15 in satellite days are a pitty. Water came in a very low pressure from the shower. That was the only minus.The personel should be more friendly. Mini Bar in the room is too expensive. But there're 2 shopping centers very very close... Not many Tv channels available.The smell of smoke in our bathroom in a NON-smoking room. An extra bed very unconfartable, minibar too expensive.Most of staff-personel is somewhat uncommunicative, but that's common whole Vilnius. Only what we guess to be the youngest staff-member was an example how the others should communicate with guests. Depressive colors of desing. A/C remote control missing and I was told it's same in all rooms during winter; heating (switched to max) not efficient. Insufficient English of room service personnel (partially solved via English menu); some of them insist on having cash payment vs charging the room bill. Cleaning ladies tend to turn the "Pls don't disturb sign" although I took measures to fix it. Telephone and TV didnt work in room. room was dusty and not well renovated (ceramic tiles were about to fall off in bathroom, also stairs in the hallway), TV's channel selection was directed to some other consumer group, breakfast selection was below expectations (based on experience in other 4-star hotels in Vilnius). They should be ashamed of the additional bed for children. Please, replace them. Any one-star hotel can offer a better one. Internet connection is very slow.poor breakfast, horrible fitness, no water in swimming pool. The reception staff were not as service minded as I would expect from a Best Western hotel. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment.small beds, dirty pool, unpleasant and unhelpful staff, and not very central.
