Palanga is one of the most beautiful places I've been with family and young children. The natural surroundings, clean, delicious dishes. Yumiiii and fresh fish!. all reviews » Close to the park and to the seashore. Really nice hotel building with complex roof, two-leveled room, pines around the hotel. Main street is pretty far (around 15 mins walking), but walking in Palanga is great experience. Exellent location: close to see and park and in the same time to the main street of the city. Very calm, very clean and convinient. Nice small garden in the hotel with caffe outside. Surrounded by a small park, pine trees. Good place to stay with family. Beside the largest park in Palanga (Amber museum manor). Close to the beach. The hotel was a nice room. It was very clean. A waitress and staff were very friendly. The hotel is located near to the sea and park. Excellent rates- wine bar attached provides range of spa treatments and has wellness centre. 2 mins from a good beach. First night we had a room with joined beds, not a normal large bed. Fortunately, second night they have changed our room and we had one with a normal bed. there wasn't a mirror at the room. there was a small mirror at the bathroom only. Wellness centre charges extra- need to make this clear in website and those they get bookings via. restaurant/wine bar should stay open a little later than 8pm. was a bit chilly as Palanga has city wide heating(apparently) and had not yet been switched on.....otherwise a super hotel in a special lovely place...... Slow wifi. our toilet was a bit dirty. Cheap class bathroom appliances. Noisy middle yard with people loudy speaking long after midnight and smoking, so you need to close windows. Hotel personal don't care about this. Restaurant and bar could be open longer hours. No laundry. Breakfast, tv remote didn't work. Room making. The quality of the rooms were not good enough compared to the price. The rooms felt "old" and no air conditioning. Wifi was expensive and poor. Not enough facilities. No iron/iron board or safe in rooms. Wifi costs extra. poor and expensive breakfast,most facilities was under repair and we werent informed about that. Gift certificates for spa treatments were to be used very fast to avoid cancelation. The noise from the road were disturbing. The cleaning in the apartment was of low quality. The electrical installations was not working on arriwal. The kitchen was not fully equiped and missing water and zink. Booked a 2 bedroom 70 square-meter apartment for 4 persons and we were placed in a hole roughly 35sq-meters wide. Ruined whole trip to Lithuania. Liars! Avoid this hotel!.
