Amasing mountain view, very hospit able staff. We stayed just 1 night and enjoyed serenity of this place. We feeled ourselves like at home. Very clean hotel. Should be very convinient in winter as the cable car is right near the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful. The diner was average, as my husband had quite decent tartar, but I didn't like my shrimps coctail and local wine. Family owned, friendly and helpfull staff that will go out of their way to assist you. The dinners were fabulous and was the best we had during our entire holiday - Thank You!! Chair lift right outside the door to support our mountain hiking access with great day hikes to enjoy this beautiful area. Everything - the staff were extremely helpful and all very friendly. The meals were yum. We arrived late and they stayed open for us to eat. The pool etc were lovely. The views fantastic. I imagine it would be wonderful in winter too. The drive to it was spectacular. Friendly hotel staff, wonderful restaurant, great food. Had a superb dinner after a long day's drive. Breakfast was very nice. Male staff member carried my luggage up the stairs for me. Beautiful location high up in a ski town. The hotel was quite clean, and the room and bed was comfortable. The view from the room and the restaurant was lovely. I liked that the sink was separate from the rest of the bathroom, so my wife and I could get ready more easily. Great hotel. The staff was so accommodating, the food was amazing and spa was top notch. Wifi also worked very well, thankfully. Very good value for money, I look forward to coming back!. Frindly , helpful staff. Sauna, room. Friendly staff (but limited/no English). Located next to a ski lift it is probably a very good location for skiing holidays. Rooms are simple but comfortable, clean and large enough. There is no lift in the hotel, so we decided not to take our suitecase to the third floor... might be a problem for old people or for those who stay longer and have a lot of luggage. Food and drinks are expensive but no more than everyplace else in Malbun. Lots of construction and improvements in process in the adjacent areas so parking was limited, however, it will be a nice when completed. Other guests are easily heard while in the room as the walls are a bit thin. We would prefer a double bed, instead of two twins next to each other, but are used to this setup in Europe. We were happy with verything. Difficult to find but well worth the effort. If it mentioned that it is next to the ski lift it would have been easier to find. A bit pricey even at off-season. Some of the common facilities in the room is laking: fridge, safe, kettle. No coffee or tea making facility in room. Not even a cup to get a glass of water. Hotel name is not clear from the letsbookhotel.com website. We thought it's name was Familien & Sporthotel Malbun. Its name is Hotel Turna. Make this clearer !. You describe it as Triesenberg. It's Malbun which is 15 mins further up the mountain. Long way to carry suitcases up to room. (Told they were installing a lift next year). Pillows could be firmer. nothing. Travellers should not use their GPS as it leads them to a dangerous road. We had to go against the traffic on a one-lane winding mountain road. Wine did not taste to us. They had no good local Riesling. pool too cold. lots of wind. For non-German speaking guests communication with the staff can be difficult. Breakfast is quite limited in variety.
