I have visited this hotel to spend a lovely time in jounieh when we arrive the staff received us superbly and the room overlooking the sea was destitution hygiene after we order some foods it was so delicious at night we spend in their star pub a memorable evening. Don't hesitate to visit this hotel. I would rate Princessa a five star and not four. The hospitality received was flawless. I was automatically give an upgrade in room because of their generosity. The staff were so kind, the rooms were impeccable. The bed was extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing at all. the internet service is very bad and username & passwords are expired every half an hour or 45 minutes . I stay five nights and I dont use the internet for one hour and one of the reception told me that you take too much codes for internet . poor breakfast. Jounieh is not a clean city. It is quite noisy up to 2:00 am. They have no scale for luggage weight. Phone system is very old and there is no automatic wake up service. Cleanliness should be paid more attention to especially linens. Some stains were suspicious... Also the comforter in the suite was old and really messed up the room's design. Plumbing should be taken care of. The breakfast was nice but should look out for surprises which can disturb the guest(hair).
