Clean, friendly staff , close to everything, great sea view, fast check inn, fast check out, the room equipped with everything, good health spa, at the lobby the wifi internet is totaly free. The general was one of the best hotels I stayed in. The hotel is cosy and the staff are proffessional, they upgraded us to a higher suite because we are honeymooners, they dealt with us in a very gentle way.

As a five star hotel the internet wifi service in the room should be free not to be charged with a high price considering the room rate. The price did not include the breakfast and they did not refill the shampoo , the conditionor and the shower gel next day. When arrived it was only one person at the reception and he already had two customers waiting ahead of us. It took almost 30 minutes before we were attended. Nothing specific, except the extra charges for car park and internt access charges in the rooms. They should work on better and more sight seeings brochures. issue with A/C. the windows in side the room need to be clean. None. Took so much time to check in, we waited three hours in order to get the room. free internet was only in the lobby. room size was too small. Nothing. Nothing. I did not like that my room view is only the stairs!!! in fact I chosed the hotel to have a sea view!. Street noise. Its extremly noisy. To my surprise the windows are not sound protected, which you woudnt expect when you stay at Rotana. its costly for internet and parking and to use any of the hotel facilities ... if you want sneeze you have to pay. the rates are high. Towel not clean in the bathroom They charge me more than the amount showing in my reservation. Classic rooms are terrible, they should shut it down. You can here voices and noises from other rooms to your room, which so disturbing.
