Great Hotel! I'm travelling much and staying in 5 star hotels only but I do not remember when last time I got such an excellent services and facilities. Great service! Very clean! Nice location with the full sea view! Perfect interior design! Tasty and fresh food! Last but not least there's so many services the hotel provides for free which will cost around 50% more if you will stay in another hotels. Such as free mini bar, daily 3 pieces of laundry and pressing free, free internet. Very satisf.
all reviews » Design was fab since we have a 4 years old & she loves colors so she was soooo happy to see our colorful room. Breakfast was great too, well presented & variety of food to choose from. The room was clean in general with free mini-bar. Bathroom as well. Nice view & the music when we first entered our room was a bounace. Fast check-in but we had to take our stuff without the help from anyone. Nice coffee table book which I enjoyed briwsing. Fast internet (free) & comfy bed. Will s. The room it's very different from other hotel and the best decoration and color . the serves it was very good and the reception it hope make anything to make our smile and relax. And the very good view and I prefer the highties floor I spend in 17 floor. the hotel was bight and beautiful full with colors and always smelled so good ! .. the room was a nice size and i loved the fact that they offer complimentary water and fridge content. the spa "six senses" was amazing a must! .. totally recomended. I like the facilities, room services that includes complimentary laundry, breakfast, minibar and even transportation to the airport. Its location on the main road in Kuwait that is almost close to everwhere. The staff are very nice and helpful. The most important thing it didn't have the hose for the bath room to wash the dirty when finish the Pepe and ... the second thing it didn't have any thing honeymoon only one pokey flower it didn't have the serves about this such as throw the flower on the earth , bed and bath room it make the room romantic for honeymoon or for the first day married and for any party such as the date for married since one year it name in kuwait eid zawaj (( married eid)) . the window opening is dangerous for children easy to reach and open, it was a constint worry for me and my wife our toddler could easily climb the couch and open the window! and we were in a high floor and the window opening was pretty large ! i even had nightmare of my toddler opening it =( .. we had to watch her all times because she loved the window and the view so someone had to be next to her so she wouldn't accidentally open the window. The Bussiness centre closes very early in the evening and it has no printer!. -High price -Pillows were good, but would expect more comfy ones in such a hotel -They did not allow late checkout -mini bar is free but there were very few items given. Only Houskeeping room cleaning standards could be better. How not to like this hotel?. AC temperature coud not be adjusted and was always cold. noisy sounds comes from outside main road. Nothing!. No at all might the housekeeping needs some improvements but I recommend the hotel. i asked for free upgrade but they said you have to pay .. i came late arrund 20:00 and did not get the upgrade .. I order egg on breakfast two times and they didn't do it, the chief forget my orders. The house keeper didn't change the shampoo staff unless I call them and they change it direct. The service is slow at times. Room service took more than 25 - 30 min to response. The breakfast buffet area has a really sharp and dangerous slope that an elderly women slipped on it. Its really dangerous and need to be redesigned. Need to improve A/C control switch. there is no sound proof in the rooms I can here pplz chatting from next rooms !! and the Wifi was weak and slow. No bath top Elevators don't look appropriate for the branding of the hotel. Coffee machine didnt work. Bill boy is too slow, better ask them an hour adnace. Nothing. Expensive Daily cleaning was not tidy enough. Towels were not that clean surprisingly.. the breakfast Buffy it is very crowded i have to wait for table which not accepted in 5 stars hotel and in the room i here the voice and the noise coming from the other room which make me hate the hotel with all the others advances. breakfast wasn't that much. self parking was diffecalt. - Breakfast is below average - Breakfast location is small and crowded - Staff is not very professional especially reception. Rooms is not sound proofing. Also the hotel entrance needs some directions signs because it is confusing at the first time. The bed is not comfort Ihave requested a queen bed they but 2single bed together. It took them a while to brong my baby bed. The price is a bit high. The bed sheets were dirty The smell of the room. only street noise. Frankly, nothing needs to be typed here. The laundry service takes a long time and when u get ur clothes back, u find that they are not properly pressed. Can not think of any thing major. But I have not seen covered car parking. -staff -wasn't clean enough -breakfast menue. the noise from the street is bit high you can get some of the action in side the room. It was my wife birthday and I was expecting that they will send something but there was nothing but flowers. the price. Poor customer service ; we have been advised that room will be available in 15minutes and it took them exactly 90 minutes to give us the room. Gym and no parking indoor. They need to look more about the price. The bathroom door dont get a privacy>. No water hose in the bathrom The breakfast not that good and it's in hall. Very expensive.
