Staff was very helpful. He suggested places we should visit and converse our request to our driver since the driver does not speak other languages except Korean. A large, comfortable room with balcony and amazing views of the mountains which were within walking distance. The hotel is bit old but still very beautiful and luxury. Comfortable bedding and nice view. Staff were very helpful, location for Seoraksan National Park is excellent but you really need a car to see more of the area. We needed to modify our stay and they said that everything would be taken care of by letsbookhotel.com.
