The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room service - I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. Superb view on the city and/or the mountains and the palaces area.. Upgrading given on the first stay (one bedroom to two bedrooms), which gave us even more free space. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post.   Location was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Cleaners came on a daily basis to change towels and make the bed. Ac and heating both worked well *floor heating ftw!! All in all well worth the money. I recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and decently-priced room! The view isn't bad either. If I ever travel with a group of friends to Seoul, I will definitely be looking to stay h - I liked that the room is cleaned daily... Towels were changed everyday too... Washing machine came with dryer function which is very useful in autumn... Its quiet after 8pm... But its a safe neighbourhood...

  Mr.Lee is really nice. He has good service mind and so kind :D I stayed in dorm-room for a week and really satisfied. The room is big and comfortable with kitchen and bathroom inside.
