Staffs are extremely helpful and polite. The room is clean and of the right size. Bed is very comfortable. Fantastic views. Attentive staff. comfort and size of room. Steam room. Very luxurious, neat, friendly staff. One of my favorite hotels in Seoul. New hotel and staff. It was just another hotel. Nice views from top. It will be great if we have free wi-fi/internet in the room. Currently wi-fi/internet is free in the lobby area.
