The location is super. 5 min walk to Gangnam station. Nobody when I got there as it was almost midnight, but there's a free phone in front of the office and the manager appeared in 1 min after the call. He's very nice, the woman is very nice too. Speaks English. Noodle, rice, kimchi free. There 's everything you need. Kitchenette u can cook. Free laundry. The room is small but u can't complain for the price u pay.

Everything is very well-organised at this guesthouse and everything you need is provided and explained (including facilities for washing clothes, ironing clothes, kitchen with free food etc.). If you're looking for somewhere "no-frills" then I certainly recommend this place. For the price and location I imagine it is not easy to beat. I liked pretty much everything. The room was as small as expected (hence if you have much luggage, choose somewhere else, altho I managed to fit with two badass suitcases!), yet it does have everything inside.. tv, fridge, toilet, shower. Amazing. The guesthouse also has a kitchen, free laundry, iron.. basically it's like a proper house.. for short or long term stays. This is a great place to stay. This is not far away from the Gang-nam station. The Staff was very kind and helpful in advise on what to do. The room was quite small than I thought. And the breakfast were excluded. But The room I had was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Most of all, the price is very reasonable. Very cheap!. 1. The location is not only near the metro Line 2 (Gang-Nam Station), but also close (2min. walk) to a bus stop (Line 350) which is convenient to connect to Line2, Line4, Coex etc. 2. It takes limited expense to have a private bath. 3. Public kitchen room is available with free rice and noodle. The room is small but has everythying inside include bath&shower. The owner is friendly. They helped me everything while stay in Seoul. It takes about 10minutes to get Gangnam station. Nice location. price is reasonable. clean, friendly and helpful staff, good value for the low budget traveler (everything you need on limited space incl. desk, closet, tv, shower, sink and toilet). Free wifi. Cheap and cooking place. The room and the bed is very very small. The shower and toilet is small too. It's for 1 person. No elevator. shower stall a bit run-down. The room is small. The bed is just for one person. Only suitable for solo traveller. . Wasn't the cleanest place and the manger wasn't there when I came to check in. Had to call him to come over. The card machine was broken so it was cash only. -Small rooms, a little rundown -At arrival you need to phone the owner to get into the room, (cellphone is required) -in the first room was mold and you could clearly smell it, but I was able to change it after I called the owner. No sheets, dirty, no TV, no AC, no staff present in the guesthouse. Wrong information for place: 15~20 min walking distance from subway not 5 min. Central air-conditioning not local (not working for 2 weeks' stay) Big trouble for someone doesn't have local phone: No service-ㅡman stays in this place, so everytime, have to call to ask service.
