all reviews » Generally the environment is comfortable and clean. The room is not big but comfortable with private bathroom. The shared toilets between floors are big and clean. I like the cafe in the basement, it's big and comfortable with TV. You can have breakfast there every morning for free. ( Simple Breads with jam, boiled eggs, juice and coffee) There is a kitchen you can use. Some of the receptionist were really hepful when trying to sort out my internet connection problem. Very friendly staff in general. Economy room really small but had fridge and private shower. Very good location. Very good price for money. Cute space, relaxing common room in basement, friendly and helpful staff. Room was and bed were comfortable, and central air conditioning was good. Seoul station nearby has good cafes, and Lotte Supermarket is very close. This is literally a new place and everything is spic and span. Mr Kyo, the owner is pleasant and helpful. On cue from me, he installed two table-top computers for the use of inmates. A good gesture and an added facility. awesome location!! less than 5 mins walk to lottet market and less then 10 mins walk to seoul station (for subways and trains) also if u wanna walk to myeongdong and namsan park... it would take u less than 30 mins. Location was excellent nearby the seoul station ..i didnt ask anybody to reach the hotel If you dont search for luxury price & facilites is perfect I feel safe as its located in the main road. Best on location, which is about 10 minutes’ walk to Seoul Station, easy for transportation between airport, also very close to Lotte Mart and one local sauna house, very convenient. The hotel is located very near to Seoul Station (no train noise, dont worry) that is main station in the city so you can get anywhere from there. Also you can walk to the main attractions that will take 20-30 minutes or take a taxi for 4-5$. This hotel is new, have very rooms. Just five minutes walk of the Seoul Station. Double check if it meets your needs before you book it, because the pictures were very well taken and give us the impression that is much bigget than it is - The weather was hot and the toilet was like a sauna - Pay attention to the "shower" in the bedrooms. They are actually a shower hose, which was not bad, but just surprising - Internation credit cards are charged in 10%, so think carefully on how you will pay for it. The room first assigned to me was much smaller that it's shown in the pictures and I requested to change the room which was just right for 1 person. There is no TV in the room, so it would be kinda boring. But you can use wifi. Very small room, hardly have space tp put my suitcase down. Could not connect to internet on my floor somehow. Common bathrooms had a bit of a sewer smell, but not enough to ruin the stay by any means. Breakfast was very basic, but for the price, some toast & jam + juice is enough to get you to the Seoul station café (Paris Baguette). Nothing specific. All likeable. the door of my room was soooo hard to be opened when it was locked... idk if it was coz idk the right way to open it ><. No towels & toiletries. Very small but clean in general, however, ventilation is not very good and window cannot be opened so no fresh air and a little swampy smell. Have to climb to 6/F without lift, not suitable for travelers with kids or elderly people or with heavy lugguages if you are arranged on higher floor. Better prepare your own shampoo coz it’s very sticky after washing your hair. The location was a bit far from the tourist areas, but the metro is a short walk away. - not easy to find for 1st time Korea visitor..... The smallest room in which I have ever stayed. A bed and a shower with no room for large luggage. Nothing. They only have stairs, so need extra power to go upstair. Female staff, not too friendly... breakfast. the room is too small，. No elevator!. Room very small, breakfast not great. wifi not good , no T V on the single room. no lift, so being on the 5th floor with 2 large suit case is a bit sporty. Breakfast was very poor, noone kept attention to the coffee machine (that blowed twice during my stay) or bread/food that ended. No stuff inside the rooms' building. Bad place for winter time - the heating system works several hours per day. Don't have elevator. Rooms are very very very small. Location is a bad side of Seoul Station you will need to walk another side of Station for catch metro o walk to see anything. When I arrived, door's hotel was closed and a paper write a cell number... I needed to found a cabin, phone to cell number, the person another side don't speak english... go to seoul station, go to travel information, and give help. Lots of stairs and no elevators, had to carry heavy luggage up five flights of stairs. They said they were 'upgrading' me to a single room because they didnt have the room I booked available (3 bed shared room). But I saw later that they had heaps free but they just didnt want to give me the bigger room to myself, The room they 'upgraded' me to was ridiculously small and I felt like they had 'downgraded' me. I would have booked another room if I had known. The area is a slum and very noisy. I checked out early and the staff did not handle the payment well. I returned to dispute my payment and they were disorganised and confused. They did not accept my version of what I paid and I could not prove it because they don't issue receipts. Bad business practices. My room is too small even for a backpacker.There`s an emergency light on all night CAN`T find the switch and NO reception at night!! By the way the lock of room doesn`t work well and it also happened in my friends` room.It spends more than 20mins walking to KTX station from there.
