Owner very energetyc and kindly..room comfortable ..possibility to choose the breakfast ...very close to university area! It's more like a korean's home lifestyle than an accommodation! We like it !!. The owner was really friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast he made for us was very good!. Not much privacy because it's a family.. Nothing really, it was better than many guesthouses.
