Grammos is a well designed, well managed, high quality boutique hotel in the Gangnam business and shopping district. The clean and spacious guest rooms are furnished with luxury amenities. The size and comfort of the rooms are comparable to those of 4+ starred hotels. Grammos is conveniently located adjacent to the large well known Renaissance Seoul Hotel which is an official stop of the KAL limousine bus # 6703 from and to Incheon Airport. all reviews » I liked just about everything; however service stands out. The staff was incredibly helpful, from helping us with restaurants to carrying our bags to the airport bus stop. The hotel was clean, everything was new and well taken care-of. The location is great, it is very close to a metro station and a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Gangnam station. It is incredible value. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Seoul. The staff, room, and facilities were excellent. Traveling with a group of friends, our room was always left in disarray but we always came back to a very tidy room. The room (Twin Deluxe) was also very spacious and the shower, toilet (with automated controls and a heated seat), and jacuzzi were all a pleasure to use. There were also some great restaurants and bars near the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always ready to help with clear information and excellent service. Instead of the formal impersonal service of a big hotel, the staff recognize you, wish you a good day and welcome you back. This is a boutique hotel located just a block off the main streets. So it is quiet and at the same time conveniently located to transportation. I loved this hotel and it's staff. Stayed here for 3 weeks with my Korean wife and two babies. The staff are masters of service. They were always very helpful and respectful. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The big tv was a real bonus. Location is great too; a short stroll to Gangnam. I would stay here again on my next trip to Seoul. The design was really forward and stylish. Products in the room were great. The bed was super comfy. The staff were phenomenal! One gentleman went so far as to escort us to a restaurant we asked about! Another staff member helped us navigate the laundry machine at one in the morning. Cannot say enough about how great the staff is. The staff was perfect. I would like to say "thanks" for all who helped us during our vacation! They helped us wirh everything: from going to farmacy to finding places of interest for our child. Many restaurants are situated within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Subway station is really 5 min. away from the hotel. The hotel is fantastic and incredible value for money. The location is great for Coex conference centre and for Gangnam bars and restuarants. Rooms are immaculate with a great shower and high tech bathroom. Staff are incredibly fiendly and helpful and all speak good English. Iw ould recommend this hotel 100%. I liked the quality of Staff at the hotel. I'm glad we went room only. Nothing much but only quality of tea in the room. I have no complaints. Yeoksam station is a bit further away from the main tourist locations, like Myeong-Dong. Subway rides are cheap, but will take you about 30-45 minutes to get there. Also far from airport, about 1h30 minutes away if you take the Airport Bus (which cost 15,000 KWN). Mattress is poor quality, so sleep was never great. It's a soft mattress (which I normally like), but offers nil support. Staff were ver helpful, but like most people in Seoul, their English is not great, but that's fine. Nothing. Lack of towel rails to dry to avoid daily replacing; used frig cupboard doors. The location was very quiet, but hard to find initially. The toilet is closed with somehow hyaline red glass , less privacy for shy friends. It was a public holiday period and so the area felt emptier than normal. As a first time tourist to seoul, the location could have been slightly more central, but then again it was good value for money, so no complaints. Staff inexperienced, did not impress. Asked for room high up; got one on 2nd floor. Quite close to the subway but Gangnam is not a good base for Seoul tourists. parking tight, 11 buttons to operate a toilet??. There was no meeting room or a more secluded place for meeting people. hard to find. Nothing at all, but the roof top pool is a bit too small for people who want to do serious laps. Language ability of staff Instructions in English (not available for everything) not findable on google maps. none. The elevator is very slowly..... A little bit far fr subway as u need walk almost 8mins to subway. Price. Breafast. They did not have any smoking rooms. Surrounding area is busy and focussed on business. Most of staff r reli friendly, except few of staff with poor English, long face and impolite attitude toward us. Smart tv never work properly with such weak wifi. Hotel arrange the taxi for us to the airport, but that is not official taxi and the driver was sleeping during driving on the highway!. Really hard to find, taxi man hadn't a clue and dropped me at the Renaissance after much searching. Best way it look for a side street between aforemtioned hotel and Yeoksam metro stop with starbucks on one side and bang bang plaza on the other. Down this land turn at first right at the small grocery shop. It's a little bit away from downtown seoul (30-40 mins) subway. But close to Gangnam station area where it happens in gangham. Difficult to find, staff hardly speaks english, some staff unfriendly, all instructions for TV and phone only in korean, noisy location, no milk or creamer and no sugar in the room. It's a hotel for Koreans but not for Westerners.
