The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs. The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. Best this about the room was the washing machine, but we had to hang all our clothes around the room. The location was great, 5 minutes to the subway and the buses around take you to a lot of places. .

Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to subway, 10-15 minutes walk to Dondaemun shopping area,,15-20 minutes walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong shopping area. Surrounded with restaurants and convenient stores. It's only 5 mins walk to the bus station for the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport which cost only 10,000 wons per person. Definitely a place to stay if I com. Hotel is conveniently located between dongdaemun and myeongdong. Family room for 4 paxs is available for booking but noted that some family rooms may be too small for the same price and they should have communicated on the area size. Airport bus stop is rather too far from the hotel, in fact was a 10-15 mins walk away instead of 5-10mins listed on the website, perhaps can consider to include the hotel front as a stop. 3 adults & 2 kids stayed comfortably in a family room. Individual room wifi excess. Location were great, we mostly had a easy walk to Namdaemun, Myeondong etc. And my kids loved the pet stores along the street. Convenient store at lobby, no worries if you want a snack. Chungmuro subway station nearby (exit 8), but sometime it's cheaper for us to take taxi to our destinations. (*Avoid peak hours - jam). Staff are very helpful and friendly,location is not too bad,walking one block to get to the train station. The room is reasonably spacious compared to other hotels like K pop. I recommend it, if you want to come back to the hotel and rest rather dive into bed as soon as you enter the room. Location is good with this price. Just 5 mins to Chungmuro Metro station and 20 mins to Mydedong. Washing machine and electric solves are available in the family room. A weighting scale is placed at lobby which is good for luggage packing. The staff was kind to give us a room with Namsan Tower view as per requested. They are also helpful with our enquiry. The triple room was very comfortable for the 3 of us. Amazed with the fridge size as well. A good location to explore the central part of Seoul with staff who speaks Chinese.The room is small but clean with a refrigerator and a washing machine.So,quite practical for a long-term living. The hotel has minimart on the ground floor. I'd stayed here for 4 nights with family by using 4 rooms. 1 room had problem with heating system so they move us to the new room on the next day. Good size, spacious rooms. Nice and comfy bed. Aircon was working well, which is important in this heat!! The room was cleaned daily and towels replaced daily too. Only compliant about the room was, no AC, it got really stuffy in the room esp in the mornings, it felt like 30 degrees in there!. It is great that a washing machine is provided in the room but we had to hang the clothes all over the room. The machine may be provided with a drying function but there are only instructions in English written on the piece of paper for washing. insufficient facility to hang clothes after we have changed into a twin room though washing machine is provided. Only 2 hangers were given which is definitely insufficient. Same sandwich provided for breakfast throughout my stay for 11 days, perhaps can give a change on the sandwich as some may not be able to take egg for instance. Should have a full length mirror in room as well, especially for ladies. rooms are too dry though. No additional pillow, only 4 pillow in a room and tv power outlet to near to one of the single bed. The bed is very hard,just like any other hotel in Asia. So I had a sore body when I woke up. Just be aware. Same breakfast everyday. Sandwich with milk. It's better to hv more options. No cooking utensils even solves are available in room. Shower is a bit leaking. Bottle water only offered on the first day. Shower is not hot enough. the bedsheet and comforter seems to be worn out. wish there will be more hangers. (given only 3). Service was so so, staffs not really helpful... There is no kitchen utensils in the room for simple cooking and no replenish of bottle drinking water and hot beverages. Also the toliet jam easily. They didn't provide you bath soap etc, except a towel. They encourage you to rent kitchen utensil from them and buy detergent and bath soap etc at its mart.They didnt provide a light breakfast. The staff can't speak english well. The lift to the 10th floor was often in use. The breakfast was minimal and missable. We stayed more than 10 days, so the daily breakfast of sandwiches which is exactly the same everyday became boring. Room was not very clean, towel rail in the shower fell off in my hands, no free shampoo and bodywash. If they can provide microware in the room will be better rather than the hot plate. Staffs were limited with their english however they had the convenience store guy to translate into mandarin for us. That was good. Nothing really, considering the price. The shower is not separated from the toilet. bathroom is somehow inconvenient with the washing basin in the shower compartment - need to improvise to use the bathroom after having taken a shower; the location of the hotel is convenient with a 10-20 minutes walk to downtown business area; the surroundings seem a bit dodgy, but I did not have any bad experience walking home alone late at night as a single female traveller. I booked a triple with additional bed at loft. The mattress was hard !!. They took out towels on one of the days and did not replace them for almost 24 hours despite having requested new towels. This was inconvenient with 2 kids. receptionist never regards you. Bed wasn't changed during 2 weeks Some times we have only a half of towel's complect (only big one or small one). room housekeeping was terrible. No body & hair shampoo. Breakfast. The room is not vacuum everyday is only dry mop Could see a lot of hair n dust around the corners n under the bed. No shower gel n shampoo given. Towel are not change everyday. The phone in my room had something wrong, I could call other rooms but they couldn't call me cause it wouldn't ring. The A/C sometimes blow really strong at night and no way to make it stop by the remote control. Although there is a kitchen in the room, there is absolutely no cutlery, dishes or any other probs, which makes it absolutely useless. We managed to borrow a small frying pan and some tiny plates from the reception, it wasnt enough to cook a decent meal, even breakfast. Also the windows looked a little dirty. :(. 1.Bathroom: clean but no separate wet and dry area. 2.Give drinking water only one day. We booked for 2 twin rooms but ended up with double rooms instead. Front desk staff just told us that there's an error in the system and twin rooms were fully occupied despite twin beds reflected in our booking. Requested for early check in and specific room, however additional W30,000 was charged for early check-in and the room wasn't allocated as per requested in the booking till we asked for the room during check-in personally. W5,000 was charged per luggage for luggage deposits for just 1 night. Tissue wasn't refilled promptly. Airport bus-stop is abit far away from the building. Noisy of the air conditioner, the room's curtain cannot block the sun shine and very hot in the morning, so I wake on 6am everyday. Cooker is included but cookwares does not provide. Leakage of rain water through the windows. Bed linen with stains and dust , not clean. Dusty floor and furniture. The room was a little dirty - especiallt the curtains looked a little moldy. The bedsheets and pillow cases and floor are not so clean. The room was dirty. I stayed for ten nights and the cleaners did not change our duvet covers or pillow case nor did they clean the floor. Some days they forgot to replace our towels and take the rubbish out. They were also understaff with mainly 1 person manning the front desk and answering all calls and services required such as replacing towels, toilet papers etc!. Towel is grey instead of white. Cabinet has exposed wire which contain life source. The washing machine (though free for use) is very dirty - My white clothes came out greyish! The bath towel has a strong smell of bleach, and the shower tap blows hot and cold. The room was not ready for check in until 3.30pm! The reason given by the staff was the hotel is full and the cleaner needs more time to clean. Theres only one front desk personnel who knows how to speak english. The Bed was so hard that it makes it hard for sleeping. They also gave us a towel that has a hole in it :(. The room was NOT cleaned up every day and even when we put up the sign and told the front desk about it. The room was dripping after the heavy rainfall. Fortunately, there was spare room and we got our room changed immediately after we had reported the case. the staff (on night time) service is very bad!!.
