1. They are very friendly and very helpful. I called them to try and find the place around 9 or 10 PM and they didn't mind at all.
2. There was a nice little balcony and Mini mart near so it was nice to do all my stuff, run by the mart to get a beer, and chill on the balcony.

We had an amazing experience at this homey and clean place. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, advising on anything we asked (including teaching us how to make the sauce for the instant noodles). The communal kitchen was very equipped and breakfast ingredients were available and always fresh. Different types of instant noodles were also supplied. The location was very near to yaksu subway around 100 meters, bus stop is very near as well.
The person managing the guesthouse was so friendly and very helpful in making our stay there a pleasant one.
We stayed there for 5 nights and every time we went out he will ask where we want to go and assist us on the best transportation and route to take. You won't get that kind of service often do you.
The facilities is good with all the things you need is available and you can even cook your own meal.

Bread, ham, juice, eggs and noodles are always available for free, you can watch TV everytime, and also meet many people! :) it's located near two lines of the subway, moreover there is a bus station in front of the guesthouse!

Definitely a place where you can feel at home - no matter where you are from. Great hosts that offer great service and that are more than helpful. Whether you just want some advice on sightseeing or on Korean lifestyle and manners they are always there for you. And the place is really nice, very light, clean and modern. The rooms have a pretty big size compared to Korean standards and offer everything a traveler might need. We really enjoyed our time at AgitGuesthouse and would visit again any .
The location is near to subway station and easy to find. Convenience store, supermarket and restaurants can be reached within short walking distance.

Location was a tad off-putting at first - but once you got the hang of it, it was amazing. We had some of the best meals we had in Seoul within 2 minutes walk of the Agit. And it's less than a minute to the metro. Lex is super friendly - and I loved how he used his computer to explain where to go and what to see. I also loved the upstairs porch area with a comfy swing and 2 tables with chairs. Very nice.
Lex is the best host ever! Being at the Agit was actually one of the highlights of being in Seoul for us. Such a great location in the Yaksu Market, so many restaurants (budget friendly) around, grocery stores too. The upstairs patio with it's swing and tables is great, the kitchen is well stocked - plenty of eggs, orange juice, and other goodies to enjoy. Fast and Free Wifi too. A winner.
Room is superb with cozy bed and clean. Make us feel at home with the facilities provided by the owner. Our children enjoyed the stay and fall in love with a friendly cat Koon. The receptionists Rex & friend are very helpful and friendly. Location is central to most of the attractions. For muslim brothers, easy access to halal restaurants in Itaewon with 3 stns on Line 6.
Close to 2 subway lines, lots of eateries, the staff spoke English,
breakfast was provided, relatively new so everything was pretty much
still spotless, having clear directions to the guesthouse emailed to you
(with pictures provided), very welcoming and friendly staff,
hot/cold filtered water, wifi, come and go as you please, secure,
friendly guests, and kitchen facilities.
The staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything to make your stay comfortable. Very close to the central shopping areas of the city and subway connections. Good places to eat in the local area. Rooms are clean and tastfully decorated and ensuite includes toilettries. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
Reasonable prices and staff really friendly service and attention to detail all the time so it was good to give. Too many foreigners to make friends, and the basic facilities for guests was good to be so good. Above all, the inside is clean and in the center of Seoul, close to many tourist attractions in Seoul it was the best facility and convenient transportation.

Very clean hostel. Location is also perfect. Both of the owners are very funny and friendly. Feel as comfortable as at home and they are patient to advise you and help you to solve every problem. We were 5 people there for 3 nights, and all of us think this hostel is great!.

The bed was a little hard but this was also the case in other hotels in Seoul that cost much more.

Breakfast lacked fruit - which I know is a luxury, but I really missed having some. I would have liked to have had cereal and milk. However, Lex did suppy unlimited eggs, bread, soups, drinks, and occasional treats like fried pastries (which are yummy!).
Some rooms are 'interior' rooms - so no windows. They do have their own AC units, and we controlled the temperature that way. And the private double and private twin rooms are fairly small. The family room, on the other hand, was a wonderful size.

Our room was furthest from the WIFI hub so the signal was pretty weak, although still useable.
Other guests partied until 3am and were very loud throughout the hotel;
we had no trouble at all finding the place but met many other guests on
the street who were lost and we had to lead them to the door (no signs);
typical Asian hard beds (although not as hard as many) and huge pillows;
bathroom drain hadn't been cleaned.
