  The location is convenient, near many small marts and eateries...room is nicely furnished. Counter service is great, can assist to make calls for drivers on day trips. As the hotel is new, the service to send breakfast to the room is convenient but got to wake up at eight to pick up at the door step.

There were sufficient toilets with good facilities like a powder room with hair dryer, hair straightener and all. I found the bed and blanket really comfortable despite staying in a dorm with 8 other people. It's a good chance to meet new people. We met a couple of people from our country, but most people who stay there are still Koreans. Breakfast has to be made yourself and dishes washed so it's a pretty good experience.

  The room was amazing. The staff was great. We appreciated the daily cleaning. We brought our own food and they let us use the toaster. Very kind. - The facilities are very clean, comfortable, and relatively new. Wifi and PC with Internet access in the room.

  The Hotel was absolutely fine. We were visiting Jeju as part of a whistle- stop visit to s Korea to visit daughter working and we used to Chuseok holiday to look at SK's major holiday stop. Room quality: Nice and clean. other complimentary facilities are good. Coffee is free all time at the the reception. Hotel staff are good, friendly and helpful. Location: Location is plus point of this hotel as within 100 m so many food option's are available. I had flight to catch at 8 am in the morning so I chose this hotel for the last night at the Jeju. So that I do not have to wake up very early in the morning.
