The convenience of a quiet hotel room without having to leave the airport. We had a 12 hour layover after a night flight and were able to get about 6 or 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep in a clean comfortable bed. Also the shower was great (large size with good water pressure and lots of hot water). The Transit Hotel was very convenient for international travelers with transit time at the airport. The room was clean and comfortable with very good internet connections. Excellent bed and very quiet to allow for a restful sleep.

The location inside the airport was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. I was grateful for the sleep while I waited for my plane!. Perhaps the staff was sleepy at 5 AM but the woman didn't really greet met and i had to ask if it was the hotel to be sure. can hear neighbor's speaking，even if it is not clear. We used to get a very nice room, this last visit, it was not impressive, it was very small and cramp. Difficult to find and seems their re two at the same airport which is confusing the way they charge by 6 hours is also complex. A bit expensive. A little noisy for sleeping, but then all in-airports are. none. None. I felt like a sausage in the factory, does not need to be like this, it should feel like a hotel. $120 USD for 12hrs. High price for such a small room. Not many English channels on TV. No food service in terminal building after 9PM. The Cleaners during the day were a bit noisy but it's hard to silence a vacuum cleaner so it's not their fault. No tea-making facilities in the room. Staff not very friendly, did not inform me of any amenities or show me to the room. Would recommend to other travellers based on location which is perfect for a long layover. No windows in my room. I was not told that single rate was cheaper. i was not told that if i had checked in at 5.30 the cost was 40 dollars more than checking in at 6 PM and then I would have to leave at 6 AM. But I learned from the experience that there is a 12 hour hotel. No meals included. At two sides of the building, you need to know which side has your reservation. Not in my case, so in the middle of the night had to walk to the other side of the terminal, easy walk but still! Having another security check in the middle of the night is not a pleasure either!. -Carpet needs refurb , -overpriced for a 3 star hotel. -No Australian adapter at front desk or in room. Staff was not very helpful. Did not explain the meal plan which ended up costing us an extra $45. since it is in the airport, you have nothing to do but sleep. Can't ask more inside an airport. colour of shoes, absence of a robe, cold coat, uncontrolled and noisy air conditioner additional prices for soap,tooth paste, juice, water in the room. Very expensive. Checked-in on 7th June at 7:30 pm. The AC did not appear to function till mid night. Very stuffy and poor ventilation air circulation. Perhpas they ran the AC unit on 'Fan Mode' only. Not even a small water bottle included in the room. There is no alternative to stay in Incheon transit, but to stay in this transit hotel. Like it or not, we must stay. The door to bathroom- hinges were broken. Only one big towel for two persons. Only one piece of soap for two persons. No any free small items which everywhere are free- tooth brashes, tooth past. Room N202. The cost is really very high.
