You cannot beat the location. Across from beach and restaurants up and down the street. Nice night club in hotel called the Hive. Played a lot of techno music. The bed is very comfortable. The front desk answers the calls promptly. They made changes quickly to make customers happy. Very cooperative concerge team. They really show a good example of support. Out of standing.

I did not have a good feeling with this hotel since my arrival. The only thing I could appreciate is the location, just cross the raod and are on the beach. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not give good chance to sunbathe or going to the beach. Located right in front of Haeundae Beach, which is awesome. I enjoyed the location of the Hotel - near Haeundae Beach. Location was great Room was comfortable. The room is not worth 225,000 won. You are paying for location. The beds are small and need new mattresses. Many staff do not speak English when such hotel has many international travelers. The breakfast is bad compared to other 4-5 star hotels including Westin Chosun Hotel across the street. City veiw rooms aren't good as well as sea view rooms. I didn't like that the hotel is advertised as having a pool when in fact it is a community pool that even guests have to pay to use. The view used to be even better before that hotel was built which blocks off most of the view to the left side of the beach. Of course, there's nothing they could have done about that. Didnt like the bathroom or toilet could do with a revamp charged 10000won to use the sundeck. The place is so big that it is difficult to find things. The pool is really dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. I also didnt like that it is not included in hotel price. In the swimming pool only one or two line is free for hotel members. Others was occupied by child and swimming school. * arrived at 22.10. No one helped me with my luggage from the taxi to the reception. They staied inside. * The lounge is under refurbishment and no information was given in letsbookhotel.com. A lot of noise due to it and no place to receive and talk with persons, unless a bar. * rooms are not 5 stars and bathrooms need refurbishment. Facilities are quite old，but luckily clean enough. The price was to high for a single traveller. Also I believe the price changed on letsbookhotel.com at the last minute so I wasn't in time to get a reduction in my rate. Not good value for money. Limited dining/bar options Very poor gym + had to pay to use it. Coffee shop in lobby over prized !! Rooms average for a 5 star!!.
