Good friendly staff listened to first visit concerns and acted to resolve them.Excellent happy hour for suite on second visit where all drinks and snacks are free between 6pm to 8pm . Lovely breakfast room with morning sunrise . Well trained and attentive staff. It is close to the city centre. Safety Location Good food. The receptionist was smiling - also the congierce did his best.
