Excellent and friendly staff, luxurious standard room, very clean, big variety in breakfast buffet and in menu. Located in very safe area, walking distance to market and river. room is good, comfortable enough. good clean , got smokeing rooms. Services. availaility. breakfast was nice. The room was very nice and clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient to shopping and Barley, which is wonderful restaurant around the corner. When I wanted to change rooms because of the smell, the staff was very accommodating.

Large clean room, comfortable bed. Price, luxe appartament. Nothing. surprisingly good restaurant (comparing with the shape of the building). Got a big room. Location. spacious rooms. - no wi-fi functioning -service desk is making many mistakes (key from another room, key not opening the door). there was some garbage in the bathroom trashbox. very bad wifi connection. The sewage smell that permeated from the bathrooms was horrible. I changed rooms because of it. The second room was "better", but the smell still existed. Some of the staff, although very nice, had NO IDEA how to answer my questions. Terribly noisy staff - I couldn't sleep in the morning because they were hollering to each other in the hallway for hours, eventually I went out and told them to shut up. The food I got from room service was very bad. Old looking furniture. The tv signal was disappearing. Also, the wi-fi was not available all the time. There were some signs of wear and tear in the hotel room. Attitude. Shower is in a tub and old style. Terrible internet performance. Tv was not working at all, poor breakfast and very dark dull interior of common areas. Staff. No swimming pool, cold rooms. Personnel indifferent, did not make me feel welcome. The room in Block B was big enough but clearly neither designed nor furnished to be a hotel room. I could sleep OK. However, I'd have expected more of a (self-proclaimed?) 4-star hotel. overall condition of the building - lift, balcony, dirty windows, bathroom etc. poorly furnished breakfast not particularly ggod expensive for value. dirty. it is not 4 star hotel. windows not closing perfectly; no blinds, no shower-curtain and very cold in the bathroom; room service did half of the cleaning. the price listed on letsbookhotel.com wasn't true, in fact i had to pay 1,5 times more for my room. printed booking confirmation did not make effect - they just ignored it and showed their own paper. i did put "do not disturb" sign in order to get some sleep during daytime but the housekeeper ignored it, she was knocking for a bout 3 minutes and then entered my room and woke me up... staff attitude every day we had a problem in the hotel: 1) The air conditioner did not work 2) hot water was not 3) The room did not open 4) nobody solved the problem 5) No one apologized.
