Great hotel, great service in the very center of Almaty. I needed to rent a car and the major companies (europcar, etc.) did not have vehicles for the dates. The hotel staff had managed to find a good car for me. We were very happy with our stay at Rixos. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent service, great location and good facilities. Everything was perfect, extremely polite and professional staff, nice location, exquisite design. Outstanding experience.
