Although I had booked a smoking junior suit, when I arrived at the hotel I have been told that they have no smoking rooms. Having explained that I booked a smoking room through letsbookhotel.com, I received an ashtray to the room and the room was turned into a smoking room. Everything is just perfect. The hotel is very good, location is nice, food is just amazing. Probably the only hotel in Almaty worthwhile living in.
